The owner, Lukas, was very friendly and happy to help, and checked everything was okay. We are a family of 5 and had the conjoining room where the children had the triple beds, and as we have a 2 year old, Lukas went out of his way to get a bed guard so he wouldn't fall out. The location of the hotel is really good, as it's only a 9 minute wall to the tower, and the beach was only down the road. Full english breakfast was really good, the room was clean and had everything we needed. Great value for money. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was really good, the only issue we had was the shower was hard to get it to the correct temperature and the water pressure was poor, but it didn't affect the stay as we still really enjoyed it.

The B&B was really clean, the hosts were friendly and went above and beyond (to the point of fetching black pudding for my husband’s breakfast!) and there was free, easy parking; Lukas actually moved his car so we could park directly outside the hotel door. We were also able to check in early; Lukas happened to message me when we arrived in Blackpool at midday, and as our rooms were ready we were welcomed to come and check in. The centre is a few minutes walk away; there are maps in the hotel with the hotel marked on. We were attending an event at the ballroom which was a ten minute walk, at our very slow pace! The rooms themselves were warm and clean, and equipped with mini fridges and kettle with usual tea/coffee/milk sachets. Clean towel set with complimentary body wash also provided. Breakfast (additional charge of £8pp) was exceptional. Freshly cooked and a massive plate, plus lots of traditional touches; toast in a rack, teapot and jug. There are two breakfast rooms, both of which were airy and clean.

We stayed in the family suite which in many ways was fab, but the main bed was memory foam so a little hot for my liking.

Lukas and Andrea could not have done enough for us, on a family holiday 18 in total nothing was too much of an ask.. Their friendly nature and attention to detail for us all especially the kids.. From the rooms to breakfast all was made acessable to our needs. The bar was stocked with our favourites an the craic was flowing. We wish them all the best with their renovations and believe they will do well.. The Irish will be back 🍀😉

Only a small thing but space now it did not bother us at all as we were hardly in the rooms always out on the strip with the kids. And lukas did say he was working on making his rooms more spacious so we will be back 😊

Couldn't fault the hotel at all. It was clean and well presented . Perfect for families. The owners themselves were very welcoming and accommodating , bending over backwards to help. I requested parking and was reserved a park which was greatly appreciated. Short walk to main centre which was perfect for my 5 year old . Breakfast was an extra cost however , was worth the extra cost . Honestly couldn't fault this place. Will be my first choice on my next visit . My little boy liked it too. Beat expectations

Can't compain about anything. Thought I was getting an onsuite bathroom however , this didn't happen as I booked late . I was given my own room with my own separate bathroom . Which was explained well and I was more than happy with this

Family run hotel, very friendly hosts. Helped with suitcase on arrival and helped us with it up to the room. The hotel felt friendly and welcoming on arrival. Very clean, lovely bar area with a pool table. The room was spotless. We were offered an upgrade if we wanted a bigger room. On this occasion, we were only staying for 1 night but may get a bigger room next time. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and towels provided (smelt lovely). I would recommend this hotel to family and friends, and if I return to Blackpool I will stay here again.

Nothing no to like!

Hosts of property were very friendly and breakfast was great! Location was great with just a short walk to central pier. Room was set up and was clean. Plenty towels along with tea & coffee facilities travel for set up for baby too!

Room could have been warmer but after speaking with hosts it was a new boiler system. Would have been easier for us if we could have parked closer to property as we thought there was a car park, however had to park round the corner from hotel, which made it quite difficult to get all of our belongings in, along with everything for baby.

Nothing. It was all very good for the price.

Location was great, whilst not on the sea front it meant that it was quiet, but you can see the tower from the hotel and it only took a short walk to get to coral island etc. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

I would have preferred an option to buy breakfast on booking, and/or more clarity on price of breakfast before eating. But saying that I would have still chosen it. It was convenient and tasty with both cereal and a freshly cooked fried breakfast available.

Secure car parking at the rear of the property - the hosts even let us leave the car there for a few hours after checking out. Our room was amazing for us as a couple with a toddler, we had a king size bed and a bunk bed. The blackout curtain was perfect for helping the little one sleep through the night! We made use of the mini fridge in the room for our daughter's drinks and snacks. Lukas and Andrea were very welcoming and helpful during our stay.

There was a very thick duvet on the bed, considering it was late May and warm weather. Would be lovely and cosy in the winter though! I also didn't find the shower very powerful but it did the job. We did not have breakfast or use the bar so cannot comment - hopefully next time!

The property is lovely, in a great location. The hosts were warm and welcoming and the facilities were great, I loved the bar area and pool table. The property was clean throughout and super cosy.

For me personally I felt our room was a little on the small side for a family of four, and it did not have en suite although it had a dedicated bathroom for our room, the bathroom was gorgeous, lovely and clean but for me not ideal to walk the corridors through the night to get to it. (I’m a bit wimpy)
