Room was very clean and a nice size for 3 people. The sitting area with a TV you could angle and see from either the beds or the sofa was a nice touch. The wifi worked well. The bathroom was a good size and had good counter space. Location was perfect for us, right off the highway and close to restaurants and entertainment. The hotel lobby was clean, staff were attentive, and breakfast was basic but fine.

Only things we thought would have improved our stay was to have had a microwave in the room (there was a mini fridge only) and better pillows - each bed had 3 pillows but they were all so soft that you almost needed all 3 for one person.

Staff was completely professional and responsive to anything needed or asked. I'm not just typing a cliche review about this place. They legitimately are a very well ran establishment. The breakfast was comparable to IHOP literally. I've never stayed somewhere that serves the breakfast like the Hyatt did. I would recommend this place to anyone. The location and everything about this place is excellent.

I've decided Hyatt Place is my new go-to! The entire property was clean and fresh! The rooms are large with plenty of outlets/USB ports in convenient locations. The bathrooms are roomy and I loved the lighting! Beds comfy with a variety of pillow "styles" on bed. I usually don't add on breakfast at midprice hotels because they are always a dissapointment to me (stale, bland, probably health department about to close it down!), but this breakfast was included in the room rate so I gave it a go. I was definitely pleasantly surprised! Everything was VERY fresh-- fruit, oatmeal, bread, cereal, eggs, even the bacon wasn't old and limp! The BIG PLUS was the delightful gentleman who was the main worker of the breakfast area. He was so nice, helpful, and came around to every single person to make sure everything was allright! Wish I caught his name...................Well done, Hyatt Place!

The location is great for western St. Louis area: close to shopping, food, etc., but hard to get to.......... the signage is super confusing where you turn. The Drury name is on the sign and we drove around the buildings a couple times. Definitely not a deal breaker, though!

The main guy who was at the front desk during breakfast was fantastic. Always super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. He found ways to serve his customers and did it with a cheerful, friendly attitude. All of the staff was amazing. Best customer service we have ever had!

EVERYTHING!..... The staff was the best part. Exceptional service! I definitely would recommend them. The manager was walking around checking on everyone and clearing breakfast plates off the tables. I wish I had/ could have this kind of experience at every hotel I stay at.

I liked the quality and cleanliness of the room. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly. The location on the Freeway made it easy to get around. Being from NZ the staff were great in answering all of my questions

The WiFi in the rooms is absolutely hopeless - PLEASE fix it!

The room setup with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa was ideal for our family.

Bathroom was a little tight, but we made it work. Also the water in the indoor pool was extremely cold.

My sister and I stayed here for one night when we were in town for a show. The location of the hotel is awesome. It was super easy to find and get to. We also really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning! The food was really good and they had a lot of options. I would definitely recommend!

Pillows were like beanbags. I could hear kids running up and down halls and the parents cussing them out. (Yes, cussing)
