Clean comfortable room with good breakfast. Morning staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed there a year previously also and were completely satisfied.

Did not receive any responses to my prior messages to say we would be arriving off a late flight into Columbia. I had to eventually telephone hotel to obtain confirmation that this would be in order. Late check-in upon arrival was a bit tedious, with more questions than expected, especially as we were tired.

The breakfast was okay. Nothing special, but food! We were displaced from Helene, so this was better than home! It was great to find a place that accepted pets on such short notice. Only had to drive 3 hours from home to find it.

Some of the other patrons were loud late at night and early in the morning. Wish the TVs were updated so that you could stream hulu, prime, Netflix, etc.

I was very surprised about how clean and comfortable it was. I don’t normally stay at economy hotels but the normal hotels I stay at were 4 times the rate because of the football game.

The location wasn’t great, there weren’t any restaurants on the exit but it was close to the interstate and easy to get to USC.

The woman at the front desk when we checked in about 10pm on April 6 was very personable and professional. I enjoyed chatting with her while she checked us in. Wish I had gotten her name. The shower and tub were awesome and the bed was actually comfortable. Dog friendly.

An indoor pool or hot tub would have been nice.

Econo-lodge was easy to find. Checking in and out were easy and quick. Our room was spotless and smelled good. We needed one night and we got a quiet rest. TV has plenty of channels and A/C was quiet and cooled the room. Adequate breakfast.

The cleaning products used to clean had a very unpleasant smell.

Very well laid out room with small fridge and microwave in the room. Air conditioned room with card key entry, inside door lock with Manuel swing bar for added door security. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Vending machines with cheap prices for the items you buy from it. They also have a free ice machine to get ice from.

The property was well kept outside. The lady who checked me in was very professional and nice. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The pool was relaxing. Great area close to everything. Had breakfast in the morning. Felt safe and definitely will visit again . Check in and out was easy. Price was good.

The room was exceptionally clean. The facilities in my room in top-notch shape. Small amenities that often can be missing these days, like shampoo and lotion, were provided. Also, there was a full-sized iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a mini-coffeemaker with individual packets of needed ingredients. Daily housekeeping provided. Continental breakfast including an onsite wafflemaker served in lobby 6-9. Venue felt safe, too.

The staff was not particularly friendly. Businesslike, but somwhat standoff-ish.

Price was reasonable. Location to the event I was attending was close.

The floor of the room was dirty. Room also needed a night light. The pillows weren't very comfortable.
