1. Great location close to Lidl and city centre (15/20 minutes on foot) and lots of free parking spaces in front of the accommodation. 2. Huge apartment, we booked the one with bath, shower and kitchen. Very clean and cozy and with all the necessary things. 3. Elena was a unique host and she exceeded all our expectations going above and beyond. First of all she provided us with a complete list of all amenities, recommended places to eat, and activities which we took advantage of to organise our stay. She was always available for any questions and for any needs we had. She even helped my boyfriend to organise my surprise birthday party buying the cake and organising the flat while I wasn't there. We can't recommend Elena and her place enough as she made our holidays unforgettable. You can definitely see how much passion she puts in everything she does for her clients to make them feel like at home. If you want to have the best stay in Alghero, 123 Stella is the BEST CHOICE!!! :)

very nice apartment. we stayed in the biggest apartment and it was really big, we liked it :) very nice bathroom, comfortable bed, pleasant balcony for sitting in the evening. fully equipped kitchen, and we were also surprised by the laundry room. very nice owner :) we didn't even mind that the apartment was about 20 minutes to the city and the beach, it was quite convenient for us that we had a walk every day :) Everything was clean :)

* That Elena was very accomodating, give suggestions on what to do and where to eat, locally which did not dissappoint. * That the space is private , safe and clean. The fridge is sgocked with water, juice, milk & youghurt. Also some pastries.

The neighbors are bit noisy. They sleep after midnight. Nothing to do with the property and host. But you can hear them.

Elena, the hostess, was extremely courteous and helpful. She was laidback and approachable, and had a friendly smile. The facilities provided in the room were perfect. A microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board, Espresso maker, refrigerator.... Plus a good range of items avalable for a continental style breakfast... Room was incredibly clean, airy and bright. Elena clearly put her own unique style and personality into the decor. The local vicinity /area was quiet, and felt very safe....

The walk to the very old 'characterful' parts to the old town/port, was a bit further than I expected However, this wasn't a big deal, as there was an amazing pizzeria and corner bar less than 5 minutes away....

Nice lobby/ living room, close Lidl supermarket, helpful owner, a lift to the second floor...

We originally assumed that breakfast inclusive means hot breakfast... It is a bit annoying to have lights in the lobby that automatically switch off after a few minutes..

The access to the building was easy, and the room had been prepared with care. We had the room no.2, and were two adults and our ten-years old child. The 3-bedroom is large enough, and has a small corner for breakfast, which is tiny, but convenient, and enough for breakfasts. Elena is very friendly and gave us very good tips for visits and shopping in Alghero. The building is 20mn walk from the beaches and city centre. There are busy roads near by, but the room is on the other side, and very quiet. We found free parking places both near the house and in town without too much trouble.

Location was OK- max 20min walking from old town. Free parking on the street - no problem to find place. Contact with host - OK. Host helpful - nice.

Room need renovation in some places. For breakfast offered several cakes (long term validity version from supermarket) + jam. Not easy to eat without plates (fortunately guest from before left some paper picknic "plates").

I liked Elena the amazing person who's answered on any messages or phone calls to help us, guide us even sometimes did a phone calls for us to book a taxi and....., the property is near to the old Town like 15mn walk, same for the beach like 10mn , restaurants, shops and groceries are everywhere. I recommend 123stella

The apartment was very big and spotlessly clean. It had 2 balconies which was a nice surprise. Good communication with Elena who responded to my messages very quickly. It was close to the old town and beach as well - about 15 mins walk. Breakfast was OK - selection of yoghurts, sweet pastry, fruit juices, cheese, ham, bread, coffee. I would definitely stay there again as it had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday.

Very spacious and clean apartment located in a quiet area 15 minutes walk from the beach and historical center. There are more utilities than necessary for a city break. The extremely kind host, gave us a lot of useful information. Very good coffee. It was a pleasure. Thank you, Elena.

We knew from the moment of booking that the apartment is not fixed in the center, but we did not mind the walk.
