The hotel has an amazing view from the top and the rooms of the whole city and I was very impressed with the buffet menus available as well as the breakfast buffet, bars, restaurants. The staff were super helpful and polite. I was able to take the shuttle every day which drops you off at the big shopping centres and very close to the hop on/hop off bus too. My room was cleaned daily and I had a bathtub and a shower at my disposal and toiletries provided. You can stay at the hotel all day if you want to as there is plenty to do (gym, spa, mini golf, fruit buffet, floating market, pool) Some reviews mention traffic at the lifts, however i never had any issues. As expected for a high rise building there are different lifts for different floors but the tourists there visiting the rooftop are using different lifts so there is no disturbance of hotel guests.

However, the hotel is a bit dated and as a result, there's squeaking coming out of the corridors (probably the pipes) which can be heard in the rooms (fixed with earplugs), and the wifi in my room at least kept getting disconnected (which was also fine because I had available data to use). The location is okay in terms of distance to the attractions, but right outside the hotel felt a bit unsafe for a female solo traveller.

The website said that the room we booked accommodates three people. Why did we have to request a bed for the thied person in our family. And Why did we have to pay extra money for this? This was very deceptive advertising. The room was not a good value as a result of this extra charge. When we book suites at other hotels the room includes enough beds for 3 people. Why did this hotel force us to pay extra and request a roll-away bed?!?!?

Close to shopping markets, restaurants. In house restaurant also has good Thai food in terms of quality taste and not expensive. Just next to the Hotel, Indian restaurants are also available if someone is interested but I didn't try them. Supposed to be the tallest Hotel in Bangkok and has amazing views from room windows also.

Amazing location, the night market out front of the entrance! Comfortable rooms eith great size! Well kept bathroom despite the hotels age!

Only 2 issues, one of which being that its probably one of the most sought after hotels in Bangkok. So it's very busy and you find yourself waiting for elevators for sometime. Lastly, the entrance isn't exactly tourist friendly. You have to carry your luggage up some stairs before you reach the elevator that takes you to the lobby.

We stay at 46th floor, the view is fantastic and sometimes can caught a sunset view from my room. The room is a bit old but still big ,clean and comfortable., The location is stragic , near airport raillink station, groud floor is pratunam market, walking distance to platinum mall and ventral plaza.

Shower was bad,, difficult to set temperatute and hard flow of water inside a shower closet, Found that near bathroom door carpet always wet, seems like water leaking somewhere, feel uncomfortable everytime I step on it, imagine that i stay here for 10 days!

The hotel room is very spacious, with big bathroom with shower and bathtub. The location is superb. Just a 10 meter out of the hotel, there are morning and evening markets offering good prices for varies items. The hotel staffs were extra ordinary, very helpful and friendly. During check out, the staffs helped us to bring down the big and heavy luggage to the golf cart, transport us to the Airport Rail Line station, and helped us to carry the bag to the front of the station lift which was some 20 meters away from the vehicle. The visit to the highest floor for a 360 degree view of Bangkok town is included, where the house guest can visit multiple times. Watching sunset from the roof top was an amazing experience.

Almost all of the front desk staffs did not aware that the hotel do provide free transport to the Airport Rail Link station from 7.00am. I asked several different staffs at different time, with negative answer, including the one who I called early in the morning before we checked out. However, thanks to the last staff that I called, who made an effort to ask around and called me back to confirm the availability of the free transport.

I’ve travelled to 60 countries so far and used booking for more than 80 hotels, by far this was the best hotel in Asia and top 3 world wide for me. I added 2 photos with my room view, floor 64, room 6409. This was an incredible king room, huge bathroom, very very clean, complimentary eater each day, breakfast includes (you have 2 restaurants to chose from - floor 79 and 81 with tons of options, dor europeana, americans, indians and asian folks), very good staff, fast check in, helped me with a taxi as i was leaving very early, no noise (was expecting some due to the air condition but it s ok if you put it on speed 1 during the night). Like I said, a very good stay here, highly recommend it !

It’s a bit tricky with the elevators, mainly in the morning, because you have one going from ground 0 to floor 18 (lobby), then another one to your room, and then if you wish to go and see the sky deck or have breakfast, you have to change again at floor 76 if I recall right).

Unbelievable view, looking out from the upper floors, especially at night, really is quite special. Great options for breakfast. Absolutely huge buffet that caters to all tastes and preferences. With the great views from the outdoor seating areas, breakfast was a great experience.

An inevitable result of the size of the building is there are lots of people staying there, as well as the people visiting the ground floor shops/market and the viewing decks on the upper floors. Fighting through the crowds of people in the lobby and cramming onto the various different lifts needed to get to the upper floors started to feel like a bit of a chore after a long day spent exploring the city. Parts of the hotel felt a little dated and could be doing with being redecorated.

The food spread for breakfast and we even write up a comment message during breakfast time from room 3102. Baiyoke is certainly our choice of stay when we are in BKK, We were delighted when we stay the first day on 24-Jun-23 in room 4108 when we were auto-upgraded to a bigger room and it was certainly quieter.

Quiet room not able to meet due to it was near the lift with many people walking pass. One of the night we were wake up by the loud conversion from other guests going back their room

The view is amazing, especially from the 84th outdoor floor (which rotates at sunset - not great for more pro photographers like me - but awesome for everyone else). Staff super attentive and friendly. The seafood and steak restaurant on the top floor is amazing. It is a very lively area, nightmarket outside the front door, many restaurants and cheap food massage places (massage at hotel was very good too!) They provided plenty of water bottles everyday for free.

The hotel had its prime decades ago and now clearly shows signs of being old. It makes it all feel more dirty somehow. The photos you see on this app are mostly newly restored rooms, but I got one of the old ones on 67th floor. Shower had issues with water pressure and switched between hot/cold. The windows was not that clean on the outside. During rush hours the high speed elevators seems a bit overloaded, especifically as guests not staying in the hotel also come for the buffet and/or the view. Room was huge, very nice with such a big room.
