Sno, the staff member on duty did an AMAZING JOB welcoming us to the hotel and providing assistance to us as requested. She was extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied 🙏🏽😇💗👏🏽👏🏽

Our hotel room was clean but did have an odor that may have simply indicated that the mop water needed to be freshened more often between use and/or carpet odors needed to be addressed to identify the smell we observed.

The hotel was very busy due to move in week at Auburn University., and the room was still clean and ready to go when we arrived. I accidentally booked a king room but we had our daughter with us for one more night and the manager rushed us up a cot for her. Our king bed was very comfortable and breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel is convenient to Auburn University and we’ll definitely return!

Rooms were exceptionally clean and well put together. We had a king room and the bed was HUGE and extremely comfortable! Hotel was close to EVERYTHING! Plus they accept debit cards as payments which is our preference when booking instead of a credit card. Breakfast was top notch as well! Overall, incredible experience. This was our first time in Auburn and my husband and I stated this will be our go-to hotel moving forward when we're in that city!

Nothing! Everything was PERFECT!

The breakfast met our needs; however, the coffee was awful. It was too diluted. Please have employees to double brew the coffee or add more scoops.

The noise. On the second floor, it sounded as though the occupants were jumping up and down and moving furniture. After about 35 minutes, everything ceased. If we could have located where the source was, the front desk staff would have been informed. On this morning, very young baseball players were not stopped by the staff, their families or coaches from running up and down the floor making loud noises. My husband had to address the situation. The young people weren’t apologetic and moved near the entrance.

The staff was so polite and friendly and helpful I had a small problem and they fixed it right away. Very happy with our stay.

The only thing that I can say is that it needs a grab bar inside the shower. It is hard for an elderly person to take a shower and not hold on to something. But it was a very good stay.

the breakfast is not as healthy as I would have at home but OK I wish the wheat bread was whole wheat for example and the bagels multi grain as one option

the location on College Avenue in Auburn makes it nearly unwalkable

The rooms had enough counter space to spread out luggage and swim gear. The bathroom had a bar below sink that had fresh towels, but we moved them to hang wet things, which really worked for us. Plenty of counter space in bathroom.

Left candy with one front desk employee to share with all front desk employees to thank them for all their cheefulness and help, and she kept to herself. HI should provide a large bag in closet to move clothes back and fourth to laundry area.

Quan at the front desk was amazing. He is a great ambassador for the company. The room was clean and very spacious

The breakfast needed a little more attention. One day the eggs inside the biscuits were still frozen. The 2nd day wasn't very much to choose from

The bed! Yay for comfort and a good night’s sleep!

There was a computer issue that delayed me getting my room for about 30 min. I ended up booking thru booking.com on my phone as I couldn’t be checked in at the desk when I walked in.

Breakfast was convenient.

I didn't like that the housekeeping staff was not identifiable. They would knock on the door and have on regular street clothes so it was a little alarming. They were nice and helpful however.
