This place was great, clean, comfy bed, all staff we dealt with were lovely. Beautiful view of the river. Some others commented about the location which wasn’t an issue for us, and you can easily get a grab (Uber) for a tiny cost.

The only thing was the smell of cigarette smoke on our level which may have been coming through the AC. The rooms are non smoking and didn’t seem as though they had been smoked in but still had this lingering diffuse smell. We only stayed one night, arrived late and left early so didn’t bother raising it with the concierge staff, they may have had a solution which we were unaware of. Despite this, I would recommend a stay here.

Great spot and views. I added a day during my stay and it caused a problem as they had booked my room out to another not knowing I was there already, so needed to move me for one day. The lovely young lady, Phoung, (hope I spelt it correct) felt horrible about disrupting our stay so moved us to a VIP room for the night with the best views of the river with full length windows. Loved the light show and restaurant boats cruising passed. The staff in Vietnam are always so friendly.

We stayed 3 nights in the suite with the Hans river view. It was an amazing view during the day and night. The bed is big and comfortable. The bathtub also has a view from the river and the city. Two ladies at the reception were very nice. I think one of them called Sa. She was kind to help us with booking a motorbike and extended our checkout time(although we didn't need it at the end). The food was good and updated every day.

Me and my husband have an incredible time staying at Glamour Hotel, our room has an amazing view of Han river, it's even better during the night time. Its location makes it easy to commute to the beach or market. I can't thank enough to the receptionist - Phượng, we forgot something very important to us at the hotel, we were about to go through TSA back to Saigon then she called me, she helped me book the grab bike from the hotel to the airport and safely delivery it to me.

The room was absolutely incredible with spectacular view to the river and the skyscrapers on the other side. The bed was too big and comfy and the bathroom running hot water all the 24hours with glasses around to see the view. Also the staff was very kind and helpful especially Phuong she was so cute. The breakfast open just for us a half an hour before cause we were departured very early. Many thanks to everyone

Everything was perferct

I did not expect in person to look better than the pictures! this place was so cheap and the views of da nang rivers and beach is astonishing! from the bathroom with windows looking out below and also the room has floor to ceiling windows to watch the riverboats . this place was worth every dollar and more!

Location was superb and the breakfast was very good with a large choice The room was big and comfortable and the bed was nice and clean The view of the city from my room was awesome and spectacular at night The staff were very friendly, respectful and courteous I would defiantly stay again excellent value for money

No English channels on the tv

I had a room with river view. That was beautiful and unforgettable. Outdoor swimming pool was on top of the building and so cute, unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to use it because of the rain.

It is a little bit far from the centre, I mean not walking distance.

Everything was great ( except on the first day seem like staff cant find our booking but later on was fix quickly and we get the room ) room was really nice and comfy, view was stuning. We were there 4 of us and they provide a connecting room 🙂 which is very impress. Breakfast was great and staff really helpful.

Situated on the Han riverside. We were given a room on the 5th floor with a view overlooking the Han river. Morning view was beautiful and night view even better. Breakfast was provided. Though the breakfast tended to be repetitive it saved us the trouble of looking for breakfast in the morning. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help.

A bit isolated from where the shops and famous bridges are. Getting to this buzzing area is about 10-15mins walk.
