Location, layout, ease to come in and out. Owner was communicative.

There are a few suites connected by a corridor, and the first night, we heard someone jiggling our doorknob. I think people from the other suites were not aware that there were separate suites. Not enough coffee or tea bags/ampoules, it was the last leg of our journey and we did not want to buy new packs. There were just enough for one drink a day; would have been nice to have a drink on waking up and one before bed. The cookies provided were so delicious though. The induction hob was not working.

Communication was clear from the start and owner/manager was very accessible and answered questions very quickly. We were given all information to access the property prior to our arrival which made check in and check out simple. Our unit, 2 bed/2 bath was more than enough to accommodate our family of 5. Unit was clean and modern, as pictured. The location also is fantastic. We even managed to get a parking spot right in front of the unit. This booking was definitely a bargain.

Everything was great. The only thing I would ask is to have tea along with the coffee as some people are tea drinkers like me.

Location was perfect, right beside the Metro, making it very easy to get to and from the airport and around Rome. Surrounding area had lovely restaurants and shops and felt safe to roam around. Property was clean and adequately equipped for our short stay. The small kitchen facility was great for breakfasts and for making lunches and snacks for the kids to take with us on our travels around Rome.

The location was excellent for the Vatican and Metro station was just outside the door, bus stops we very close to the property too, plenty of shops nearby

The keypad on the handle was a little difficult to use, but understand why it is there and the security is reassuring! I did try to book transport from the airport and received confirmation, however it did not arrive to collect us and ended up having to get a taxi. It didn't ask for immediate payment so I was a bit suspicious that it wasn't going to be there, it was a bit disappointing to wait over half an hour to find out after we had been travelling 5 hours.

Great location! Walking distance from Saint Peter’s Square so it is a great place to stay if you want to explore the Vatican. Just outside the apartment you can find the metro station Ottaviano, so it is also very accessible to reach other Rome landmarks by metro or by-foot (if you enjoy walking). The apartment itself is very modern and comfortable. Overall, I find this place to have very good value for price. It is modern, clean, comfortable, and has a great location. We will definitely stay here again next time we go to Rome!

The location is awesome: so much near the Vatican, good restaurants and useful places like drug stores and markets! About 20m you will find the Metro, and if you plan to take a train to other cities, you just get the metro directly to Termini Station, so easy! The apartment is cozy, very well cleaned, spacious and beautiful!! Follow the tips to get in the apartment and you will enjoy a must-visit place to stay comfortable in Rome!

The location is perfect! it's 10 steps away from train station, jollibee, and 5 minute walk to the Vatican City. Very safe.

i guess, the response from the property manager. they said the check in was at 3pm but in their signage inside the room, check in is at 2pm. we could have save time because it was raining hail that time in the vactican city. Broken TV, stained chair foam. the door keys are so difficult to maneuver. It was in chinese character, so i watched youtube video on how to open it. but overall it was still fine.

Central location to Vatican musuems, close to metro and many restaurants. Would stay again! Clean and modern apartment. Quick response from host about any question. Host was able to fulfill requests.

Tea mugs weren’t provided initially but was provided when requested, hence happy that the host was able to provide that. Needs extra pots in the apartment. The gas hob needs a TLC as it was difficult to turn on/off properly whilst cooking. Shower head didn’t have full stream of water 🚿 but was okayish.

As a frequent traveler, this is one of the best apartments I stayed in. Best location, just walking distance to St Peter's square, restaurants and stores. The property is very clean and organized. It's easy to contact manager when we have questions accessing the place. I will stay again in this place and will recommend to my friends. The price is really good for the quality of apartment. There's enough space for 5 people. It's not just a place to sleep, we have a dinner table and living room to hang out.

The position and the partitioning of the apartment were excellent. They responded quick when asked.

In one of the bathrooms we couldn't shower because the water didn't heat up, the temperature of the property was low for our liking and it didn't increase even if we tried to set it higher. Another inconvenience is that we were asked what hour we arrive(7:15 am) but the check-in could be done just after 3 pm so I don't know what was the point of that because it didn't help us at all.
