The property is located in a safe area, with everything necessary around and 10 minutes walk from the historic center of the town. As for Nico, the owner, all the nice things said about him in the other reviews are true. I would add that he contributed enormously to the succes of our trip. This gentleman shares his vast knowledge of history and culture with his guests and we will cherish the moments spent in his company.

At first - Nico, thank you very much for being such an excelant host. The best ever! We had an amazing time in his B&B, it was like visiting a friend. Every morning started with his tasty Italian breakfast. He gave us many good recommendation (places to visit, public transport etc.) and provided us with all the information we needed (how to get from the airport etc.). We felt very welcomed and safe. The place has the best location in Alghero - 1 minute walk to the beach and a few minutes to the old town. There is a bus stop nearby, restaurants and shops around. Our room was nice and clean, cleaned every day. We know we have to come back.

Everything was great here, the host was always present and guided us. All attractions in the area of ​​maximum 600 m (beach, center, restaurants, supermarkets and bus station).

La Mandronia B&B is the best place to stay in Alghero. It is well located - 5 minutes by foot to the city beach, about 15 minutes to the Old Town and 5 minutes to the bus stop. We received so many advices about sightseeing, restaurants, beaches from the host. He is very responsive and helpful. It was always a pleasure to chat with the host while having a breakfast. The B&B itself was very neat and tidy, cleaned every day. The place offer bikes, umbrellas, chairs and mats that are free of charge. We surely will visit again.

Perfect stay! Everything was so amazing! Nicola's B&B has an incredible location, just one block away from the beach and the port, and very near the old town. The room had everything I needed to spend 5 days like I was at home. Nicola is a great host, he is plenty of suggestions to share, took me on a tour through Alghero and places nearby including Stintino, told me lots of details and history about the place, and prepared an exquisite Italian cappuccino every morning! I absolutely recommend La Mandronia B&B to anyone visiting Alghero! Thank you so much for receiving me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was amazing!!

We had an amazing stay at La Mandronia B&B and could not recommend it more highly! Not only were we in the perfect location (the airport bus stops 2 minutes from here and it is close to both the beach and the old town), but our room was supplied with all the essentials (hairdryer, shampoo, perfume, excellent Wi-Fi, fridge, AC, comfy bed, etc.). However, the best part of our stay was our host, Nicola! He was so friendly and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Every morning, we were served a delicious breakfast and Nicola even made sure mine was gluten-free (as I have Celiac). He also took us on a wonderful tour to see Neptune's Grotto and several gorgeous beaches! We will definitely be back to see more of Sardinia and will 100% be staying with Nicola!

Very good location, close to beach and also to city center. Nearby have good restaurants, also local bars , pizza places, not at least supermarkets.

The host is the best one we’ve ever dealt with, he was very accomodating and friendly. The apartment was nice, clean and in a very good location very close to the beach, supermarket and bus stop. Also pretty close to the old city. Would definitely recommend! /Kajsa, Priscilia, Sonja

Excellent place where to stay. Very quiet place. 1 minute walking to the beach. Owner has outstanding english knowledge. He is willing to help if he can. He offers umbrella ( also in case of rain) or beach mat.

This B&B was absolutely amazing! The room was very clean, breakfast was really tasty consisting of traditional Italian sweet foods. The B&B is a two minute walk from the beach and aboout ten minutes from the amazing city centre of Alghero. Nicola is an amazing host with great advice about the city, food, beaches and is very nice and helpful. One of our favourite places and cities we have visited.
