Our stay at this BB in Naples was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the unparalleled hospitality of Fabianna and Massimo. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like family, going above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. Both of them greeted us with a warm smile and provided us with fantastic recommendations that made our trip truly memorable. We really had the feeling thay we are at home. The rooom was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring the vibrant city of Naples. If you’re looking for a place that combines the charm of real Naples with the warmth and hospitality of local people, this is the place to be!

Fabi and Massimo are amazing as host! I love my room that has a little balcony so the light from outside coming into the room at daylight. The external bathroom was prepared very well and it was really clean. AC in the room was perfectly working!! So no worries about the heat. They even offered a paid laundry services which you can leave it with Fabi and she would take care of it for you. When I came back from Capri, my clean clothes have been well arranged at the wardrobe and at the bed. Fabi has a great recommendation for Capri so make sure to ask her! They are both are very kind!!!! Can’t praise them enough.

Breakfast (eggs) were great. Rooms and bathroom clean. Location was easy to get and had a lot of restaurants near. Massimo and Fabiana were very accommodating, kind and helpful. I had to leave on Tuesday at 8, so I requested breakfast at 7:30. Which was 30min before breakfast start and they were happy to come in early just for me.

Shower was a bit small, and I had to run the hot water for a couple of minutes before hot water actually came. While the hotel was easy to travel to by bus, but the came every 20-30 min from Garibaldi. If you miss it the walk back to the hotel is long and tiresome. Not the hotels fault, but something that annoyed me. The only thing missing in my room was a pair of slippers

The accommodation has a very good location. It is close to the promanade and also to the city center. Breakfast was better than I expected, there were salty and sweet options. The host would also ask us if we wanted coffee and he would make it on the spot. The hosts were nice.

Our room was room number 4. This room has the best position when it comes to streat noise. The windows are good, but the streets are very loud. Only the first night I had small trouble falling a sleep (I have light sleep). Breakfast started at 8:00. We had bad luck in the fact that a large group was always before us and we had to wait for the table to become available. Perhaps there should be enough chairs for a number of guests, otherwise someone will have to wait and waste time. Our hosts did not speak English, however we overcame this with Google translate.

Fantastic location, lovely hosts and nice breakfast on a big table. The communication was great and when we asked for a last minute addition for another person and another dog, this was no problem at all and the hosts were very, very welcoming. We received great local tips for good :)

We only stayed a night, so there isn’t much room to complain :) It’s a lovely flat in an old building, so I would only say that the common area and the breakfast are being prepared in a big room that is just off the rooms, so if people are very noise sensitive and want to sleep until midday, it might not work for them, but it’s definitely not a problem for most people who are up in the morning and ready to explore the city.

The location was excellent and we were informed that this was a high-end exclusive portion of Napoli as artisans such as tailor, goldsmiths live there. We were walking distance from the ocean which housed a good restaurant. Our hosts were wonderful - I wish I knew how to speak Italian but we somehow managed. The beds were comfortable. The shower was fine although drainage needs work. You will have to bring your own shampoos, soap etc. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

The somewhat long flight of stairs but that's expected.

A very good neighbourhood with lots of places to eat and unique shops near by and close to a major bus route (151). The host sent a detailed video of how to find the property and how to access the keys (VERY helpful). The room was great as were the toilets but the hot drinks and snacks were fabulous. Breakfast was also light but great. A lovely small balcony with shutters and windows to din the traffic noise which was great.

I was welcomed every morning with good and varied breakfast done with love by Fabiana. She's been especially caring and also provided me with a lot of insights on what to do and where to go during my stay in Naples. I would definetely recommend!

The rooms are right above one of the main streets circumventing the city, which translates in: noise. But if you get earplugs, you can sleep like a baby in the comfy beds of the B&B!

very very kind stuff! my flight has delayed so that I wasn’t able to come at the regular check-in time. plus my phone was almost dead, I sent my last message to the hotel that I’m coming and can’t make an online checkin, then my battery was dead. as I came to the near of the B&B hoping that I can find it without map or navi, I saw a man holding a paper with my name on it! :) i think he is the owner of the B&B, but I don’t remember his name, sorry. It was really kind and nice! also the room was clean, the breakfast was good. thank you very much again.

The breakfast is HUGE and it is not only for the food itself (typical, home baked and exceptionally presented) but because it is an UNIQUE opportunity to get the precious, funny and super Neapolitan advise from the three managers of the B&B! The B&B itself is full of details that are typical of an even higher rate hotel: the cleaning standard , the perfect white towels and sheets, the high speed Internet connection, the elegant atmosphere created by the lights at night. What is not common is the empathy and totally Neapolitan attitude of the three managers: without them, everything could not be so... perfect! I definitely like Napoli but also because, once there, I can find my "home" at B&B Morelli 49!!! Already planning to come back by summer, in the meantime, to other guests, ENJOY YOUR STAY!
