The grounds were clean, and the room was nice.

That they charged me a $30 parking fee I was completely unaware of! When I called about it they did nothing. The lady apologized and that was it which I get it wasn't her fault but the receptionist should have said something when I checked in and received my parking pass. Not happy about it at all! I'm already paying to stay with you and you want to charge me to park in one of the many open spots on your property.

Excessive charge for parking. Limited food choices

This hotel was in a very safe area. There is plenty of free parking. Easy access to the highway. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, sofa bed was in good shape and comfortable also. The shower head was tall, which for us is a wonderful thing! We ate in the hotel restaurant almost every day we stayed at the hotel, the food was very fresh and we were happy with every purchase we made there. The restaurant also stayed open late so that was also nice since there are not a lot of eating options in that area. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to all of our needs. I would stay at this hotel again.

The bathroom needs a fan! The bathroom door is getting rusty on the top from the amount of moisture and the mirror is showing signs of issues due to this also. Paying for bottled water in the rooms, is not ok when you are paying so much money a night for a hotel room!!!

The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Rooms very clean. Toiletries nice. Shuttle to airport. We stayed here for two nights as we had a large truck and wanted to sight see in San Francisco. Parking was at least half ($30 day) of what it would have been in the city hotels and safer. We took Ubers into the city.

Would have been nice to have some kind of complementary breakfast.

24-hour front desk meant I could book and check in at the last minute. Friendly staff, clean rooms and great views if you get a bay facing room! Check out until noon was great too, saved me some extra time waiting at the airport.

Without a car, there is not much within walking distance other than a great walk around the waterfront.

4th time here wildly good location (2 min downhill walk to GORGEOUS La Jolla beach) a literally adjacent to great Mom/Pop cafe w great service & food (healthy & hearty) literally 4 minute walk to high end market AND local seafood/beer joint literally 2 minute drive to multiple great restaurants and 15 min drive to beautiful Torrey Pines hike/walk staff are kind, patient, effective, low key I’ve taken my friends and my kids here

no complaints here but pool/jacuzzi not working

Sanna on reception was an absolute star. Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially because I was going through a hard time.

The fact that it is in such a remote area and you would need to get a taxi to find any life.

Place was clean. Room was clean. Area is all business. Beds are comfortable. Free cookies. Overall I recommend.

Staff was ok, was not as welcoming as other locations. Deposit is required and 30.00 from that deposit will go to parking, non refundable.

Very big room with comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly and cookies given at check-in are amazing. Hotel is exactly as expected from a Hilton hotel. Would recommend this hotel as a stay-over for your next visit to San-Francisco or to catch a plane at SFO but I cannot imagine staying at this location for more than 2 nights.

$20 parking fee seems expensive for this remote location. Not much to do and see in the direct proximity of this hotel. Because of the already steep prices I was expecting no extra fees for parking, water bottle, etc...

very clean room, room was made up midday w/ no interruptions, easy parking and access to lobby/ room, water avail in gym, airport shuttle! nice lobby and cleaning staff

elevator smelled a little like weed but that could be from ppl passing thru. not a big deal for me personally but maybe for others
