The room was clean and comfortable. Pretty balcony on the second floor. Loved the bar in the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast options exceeded my expectations. Overall I would stay again.

I think the hotel may have a foundation issue. The flooring on the first floor had a lot of issues. I didn't like that Valet is $50 for a truck and $36 for regular vehicles. The worse part of our stay was paying $6 for a bottle of water. That's outrageous. Lower the prices in the Gallery Market.

The hotel was one crosswalk away from the convention I was working, so location was key. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Buffet style breakfast is always a plus while traveling for work.

The only issues I had all occurred in the bathroom. The shower door would not seal all the way, so no matter how hard you tried, the water would leak onto the floor of the bathroom. Also the water temperature. Even in the “almost off” cold setting it could be scalding hot, so if you were traveling with children, it would be next to impossible to keep them from burning themselves. I felt that $50/night for valet parking was a higher than anywhere else in the area.

very clean. as expected & knew already from previous travels of Marriott’s facilities. front desk clerk, Yvonne, assisted me with all my needs with a pleasant attitude & reassured me my discrepancies were corrected. she was amazing.

there was no hot water in the sink. when turned the knob to the hot water portion it never poured out. the shower head didn’t consist of a great selection of water sprouting.

Amazing hotel. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Good internet. Location is perfect. It’s easy to get around downtown and also reaching the stockyards is pretty easy both on public transports and on taxi or uber. There are a ton of bars and restaurant nearby. The place is really quiet. There is coffee in the rooms as well as available in the common areas which was a great plus. Breakfast is good and varied.

The breakfast was very good for us, good selection & excellent HOT coffee! Also, young man at front desk was very professional & helpful, sorry I didn't get his name, however, when checking out the following morning I mentioned to the lady at the desk & she informed me he had only been there 2 weeks. He appeared to be valuable, so hope he stays on.

Would have been nice if the bar had been open, it's a large bar area, lots of stools & several tables, but for whatever reason, it was never opened.

You need more options for the breakfast and maybe some english muffins and bagels that aren't hard/rubbery. ..............................................................................................................

The location was perfect, and the facility was very clean. The beds were super comfortable and room was awesome. The coffee at breakfast was very good!

Several ice machines were not working, so had to go on each floor to find one that was (3rd floor) We stayed on 5th floor. The breakfast hot food was not very good. Waffle batter produced very dry bread-like waffle, turkey sausage was like rubber and eggs tasted fake and salty. Should have had more fresh fruit. Parking fees were way too expensive, so we elected to park free less than block away.

We were very happy with our single King room at Fairfield Inn in downtown FtW, which appeared to have been renovated relatively recently. The space was modern & well planned: plenty of storage, large-screened tv, comfortable lighting, ample wall & UBS plugs. The bed, linens, & towels were very comfortable. HVAC worked well, too. The location in the downtown area enabled us to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

In addition to a stain on the carpet, it appeared it was time for carpet cleaning. A parking discount for Marriott Bonvoy members would be appreciated, but not available.

I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, but it looked like there was a lot there to choose from.

The only bummer is that our door key card didn't work. So, I took it downstairs to get it redone (which was done quickly). Then I went back up to floor three and it didn't work again. The nice worker "fixed" it again and it still didn't work. Third time was a charm.

Location was perfect walking distance to the shops and downtown. The breakfast waffles are always my go to haven’t been disappointed yet

Posted that construction was going on. Hearing drills and saws early morning while on vacation was a bit nerve wrecking.
