The room was beautiful and roomy with reasonable views, breakfast was very nice as well. Host and staff were all excellent so no issues at all.

Its a bit of a walk uphill from when you leave the hotel, so be ready for that especially on hot days.

Location of a Gianna Suites is in near of main city Fira (approximately 5 minutes walk way). On foot, you can reach the Main bus station. One ticket way costs 2€ per person (they prefer cash pay only). Cheaper than taxi (costs around 25 to 30€ one way). You will get all info from reception, you need only to ask. They warm welcoming and every time ready to assist and help you. Rooms are very clean in Greek white esthetic and all furniture are self made except of chairs and table on balcony. You will understand why when you take a walk through Fira. Breakfast is seasonal prepared, wonderful and tasty with plenty of choice, made by local grown food and a few local dishes. Mainly food is oriented to English spoken tourists, but there is also some of traditional Greek breakfast that have similarity with Mediterranean and Balkan dishes.

Nothing to complain about our stay of our choice. Short stay that lasted 6 days, it could be more! Tourists that have no discipline to take its trash to next garbage bin (all places on entire island).

Great location only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Fira. A short steep hill down to the property may not be good for less able bodied people. Lovely pool area. Rooms compact but comfortable and well maintained. Super friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Tomas and Eva (sorry if I’ve got spellings wrong), you were amazing. Kitchen and housekeeping staff were also friendly and helpful.

Nothing really, only very small criticism is lack of hanging space for clothes but we improvised using the curtain pole. Also there’s no bar, but we were happy to buy our drinks at the supermarket.

I absolutely adored our receptionist. She was caring and very informative. She even took out a map and customized to our taste. The rooms are big. Beds are big and comfy. Small refrigerator and blow dryer and shampoo/ conditioner. Room was clean. Big mirror if you wanted to do make up. Very modern decoration with wood beam ceiling. Personal chairs for outside. Nice outdoor couch set where we enjoyed some wine. Pool looked nice weather not hot enough for us to swim. Breakfast room,clean and great variety of food. We really enjoyed the breakfast and my husband loved the variety of coffees. We rented an ATV and parking for that was a 2 minute walk from hotel. Was in nice location where it was nice and quiet at night. We loved our stay here.

Our stay couldn’t have been better ! I just have to thank Gianna Suites for making my first trip to Santorini and my 30th birthday celebration an unforgettable experience . My sister and I had a wonderful time ! The attentive and courteous staff catered for our every need, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible ! Always with a big smile and positive energy , super friendly !! And the place looks even better than it does in the pictures. With its convenient location and outstanding service, Gianna Suites has quickly become my go-to choice for accommodations whenever I travel to Santorini . Everything was excellent

Our bedroom was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The decoration was lovely, especially the bathroom. It looked newly refurbished and had a cave type appearance. Very quirky. The breakfast was lovely, enough choice. There were pastries, fresh fruit, cereal and cooked items such as eggs and sausages. Tea and coffee were also available. The location of the hotel may be a bit awkward for passengers with mobility issues as it is at the bottom of a steep little hill. This was no problem for us, but may be for others. The pool area was relaxing and very clean. A little bar would have been nice to get a drink in the day, but as the hotel is rather small, maybe there isn't the demand. It was a very pretty area to sit and relax during the day. Camas and Evaggelia, the hosts, were amazing. They were very polite, knowledgeable and caring. Camas helped chase our taxi who was late to collect us, very reassuring that someone was helping us in the native language. I loved Santorini and I loved the Gianna Suites. Excellent value for money and I actually couldn't fault a thing.

The hotel has a great position, everything is close, the room is neat and clean, the breakfast is excellent, the staff is very friendly, they are ready to help in any situation...

It was good, especially the little lical specialities. For us this could have been more and less European style breakfast.

There were a few things in the room that were inconvenient or dangerous: the lid/top of the toilet didn’t stay upright. So it was resting on your back.., The stairs from the jacuzzi on the balcony get really slippy when you get out of it and it gets wet. My daughter slipped en fell off the stairs the first time and hurt herself. Maybe you can put some anti-slip stuff on the stairs frim the jacuzzi…

The staff were amazing so friendly they are so helpful if we needed anything. It was super clean accommodation. The location was also great just a 15 minute walk into Fira. Having a pool was a big plus for us 😊 . Highly recommended we more so happy with our stay.

Only thing I would say the bed wasn't the most comfortable new mattress needed other than that everything else is a 10/10
