The house was good, the host has put some thought towards designing the house. Amenities are good, location is good.

The host didn't provide towels which is shown in 10 photos of the property on booking.com when i asked the owner referred me to a nearby supermarket to buy new towels. The only am here would be to have proper communication, had i known towels are not provided then i would have carried them. Also when we arrived both the bathrooms were wet, which should have been mopped or dried.

The unit is very clean and well maintained. The unit is on the 5th floor, and the balcony overlooked the lush greenery at the back, so it was very serene and peaceful throughout our stay here. The unit has all the necessary kitchen utensils needed to make simple meals in the house. Most importantly, it is pet-friendly so i could bring my cat with me which means so much to me.

The rubbish room on our floor is locked, so it was a bit troublesome for us to dispose of the rubbish. We had to go down to the ground floor to throw the rubbish.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a truly delightful stay at Cozystay @ The Quintet. The location was superb, and the homestay itself was cozy, clean, spacious, and incredibly economical - it was definitely worth every penny. I was impressed by the meticulous care the host had taken to ensure all facilities were well-maintained and fully equipped with everything a guest might need. I even noticed little touches like slippers to wear inside, extra extension cords, and floor mats placed wherever necessary. The kitchen was fully stocked with enough utensils. The host Kelly was extremely responsive and helpful. What really made my stay special was that she allowed me to bring my pup along without any extra charges.

It would be more comfortable if a fan is installed in the smaller bedroom.

So far this was most comfortable mattress i have ever stayed in homestay before! They provided firm mattresses in all 3 rooms which better than other's regular springy, too soft and saggy mattress. Good service and fast response by owner! Good location and smooth check in process. Netflix and tvbox provided too

No towel provided and floor mat feel sticky when step on it.

The place is clean and well equipped. The hostess is very responsive to queries even as early as 7am.

We had difficulties locating the letter box for key collection. It would have been better if we were informed earlier that the letterbox is located at the basement .

The host is very responsive to all inquiries. The unit is clean and comfortable, and most importantly the water heater is functioning perfectly well, which is crucial in cold weather in Cameron. Good location to almost all tourist attractions, a lot of food to choose nearby.

What I like the most is the location, it is near to the shops - restaurants, mart, and food court with ample car park, so if there is a traffic jam in Cameron Highland and it usually is during the weekend or public holidays, this is a good place to stay, they are of walking distance. But it is a bit far to the place of interest, Pasar Malam, Tea plantation.

the host was very kind and helpful in arranging the transfer from the airport and the check-in. The house met the expectations. I would recommend it.

Everything was superb. The apartment was very clean, and cozy..and Kelly was very helpful and approachable all the time.
