We had a 2 bedroom suite. The facility is almost brand new and everything in the rooms is brand new. It has fully equiped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microvawe, stovetop, coffee machine. There were pot/pans, dishes, cups, cutlery - everything you may need. There is a washer and dryer in the room. It is clean and the beds were very comfortable. We spent 4 nights there and we didn't faced a lot of problems aside of the fact that the water temperature in the bathroom is not quite hot. Strangely, the hot water in the kitchen sink had hotter temperature for some reason. We paid additionally for a car parking - 15$ a day in a gated parking - secure and safe. They have a jacuzzy pool outside for their guests, so you may bring some swim suits if that's your thing. The hotel is 10-15 minutes drive from the French Quarter - you may park at the Basin Lot next to the St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 - it is only 10$ for 10 hours /20$ fo 24 hours and it is 10 minutes walk from Burbon street.

I hope that it is fixable - the hot water temperature in the bathroom needs to be regulated and increased if possible.

Pretty much everything about the hotel. Other than my bed was kind of lean but me Personally, It kind of made it a little bit more comfortable. Everything was clean And spaces, we have to 2 bedroom, 2 baths. There was like a 10 minute ride to bourbon street. There is so much Exploring To do a weekend, don't do no Justice. I would recommend this hotel. Oh, and there was peanuts in the tub And the virtual key pad I really didn't like, so I'm kinda glad I got a pin to be able to get in the doors.. But other than that, it was great. We will be staying again

The location was great and our room was very nice. Kitchen was nice..appliances worked well.

Lights were very bright in living area..maybe a dimmer would be a good idea..also seating was not very comfortable for four adults..maybe a sit up chair..bedroom fan was not controlled..only on very high speed. Also plates and silverware were very cheap.. Please know that these are only suggestions..we really liked the space and would definitely return ❤️

Completely new suites, with great equipment! Big car park in front. You are at the French Quarter in around 1 h walking time. The large poll and whirlpool are also great!

They had a fitness room which was under construction during our stay, but looked promising

Loved staying in the historical facility. The pool and hot tub were clean and kept at just the right temps. It was very easy to get into and out of the parking area, and it felt very safe. The rooms were comfortable and well supplied with everything we needed, and it was nice to be able to wash our clothes before heading home. I could have packed half as many clothes! Restaurants, bars, and stores within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. I booked early and got a great price.

The lighting in the living room was super bright, and the only other option was the stove light. A lamp would be a nice addition. We had to turn the sofa around so we could see the television, but it moved easily.

I was in town with my sister and daughter for the Eras Tour and got a great rate for three nights at this hotel. The room was basically a condo. We had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and two bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the shower was large and clean. The pool area was wonderful. It was quiet and secluded with plenty of room to either lay in the sun (or shade!) or enjoy the hot tub and pool. There are also cabanas available to rent, but we didn't use these. This hotel is definitely off the beaten path, but that added to its charm. Nola was incredibly busy while we were there because of the tour, but you never would've known it while at the hotel. It's located in a residential area that is quiet, and we felt very safe here being as an all female group.

It would've been nice to have lamps available to use. One of the bedrooms in our suite did not have a window, and it was either pitch black dark or super bright from the overhead light. There were also linens and towels left in our washer and dryer which was a little off-putting, but we didn't need to use the washer and dryer while we were there so it was okay. If being able to get around on foot is super important to you than this might not be the place for you. Like I mentioned, it is off the beaten path. We walked to breakfast down the street one morning but otherwise had to uber everywhere else. None of these issues are enough to make us not return to this property, but I did want to mention in case anyone else is worried about location.

I was a bit worried before we arrived because the rates were low and I did not think it would be up to par but I was wrong! It was a group of us about 20 and no one had a complaint about the rooms. The rooms were nice everything was nice and clean and updated. I like that the parking lot is gated. I also like that we had a 2 bedroom 2 bath like a small apartment also equipment with a kitchen and full washer and dryer. The staff Zoe, Ashley, and Shay were all nice and very helpful. It’s not too far from Bourbon and Frenchman street. The city bus stop is located on the next corner as well.

There was not much I did not like

Loved everything about this hotel!! Check in & check out was easy. Our room was very nice from the bed’s to the bathrooms & the laundry machines were a plus. There is plenty of bus stops around to take a quick 4-5 minute ride to the French Quarter. Pool area is really nice & being able to park our car in a gated area was also nice(you do have to pay for that). If parking is unavailable they did have plenty of room on the street to park which we had to do for one night & was fine. I definitely will want to stay here again!

We liked everything about this property!

The staff was very nice and helpful when they were there. The check-in is easy. The room was nice and spacious for my family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids). The hot tub is nice and hot.

There is no over night staff after like 1130 or 12. I had issues with my digital keys sometimes wouldn't work opening the building door. On the day of check out your digital keys disappear so if I needed to leave and come back before check out you couldn't. They said I should've had a key fob but the one for my room was missing. When I did leave about 730 am I couldn't get out the gate since the digital keys disappeared and had to wait for someone else to leave because there is no front worker to help you. I will stay again but will ask about these things first before booking.
