This was one of the fanciest hostels I've ever stayed in. I wanted a bottom bunk which the staff happily arranged for me. Each cubicle had outlets and lights. The mattress was super comfortable and I slept like a baby! The families were great, especially if you're looking to dress up while in Osaka. The changing room was equipped with multiple mirrors, dryers, makeup wipes, lotions, toner, face wash etc. You also get a body towel, face towel and a personal floor mat for your shower needs. All the toiletries and stuff are provided and you can get more (hair serum, anti frizz spray, etc) from the staff if you need. It's generally quiet and has all the necessities (snacks and drink vending machines) there.
The common area downstairs was quite small and the breakfast was okay. Thick toast, jam and butter. Took a while to toast as there were many of us but only one toaster.

Check-in was a smooth. You do have to leave your shoes downstairs. There is free coffee and beverages at your disposal and guests are given a new towel and slippers bag per request, every day.
One thing I abhorred was all the hair in the bathroom. Its possible that the hairs are left from the women guests after housekeeping cleans, but still I hated it. The hotel has male employees who clean the women's unit which is extremely uncomfortable, especially since they tend to do a poor job of cleaning thoroughly like women do. Lastly, I do feel that Japan hostels are overpriced and Japan in general is overpriced for absolutely no reason. Lastly, they do not have three prong wall plugs which they should either be giving to guests to offering options for guests to rent or purchase them. It was stressful trying to find a place to charge my laptop. Lights are out by 11:59pm automatically. Overall, I would stay again, but only if the price drops.

Great value for the money! This was my first stay in a capsule hotel and it did not disappoint. Sure the facilities where shared and there was more noise then i would have liked but i slept. No talking in the dorm but their where some heavy footed people and of course snoring. Showers where clean, the lounge was great. I met some nice fellow solo travellers there. Shops nearby, bars and food nearby and easy access to sightseeing.
There was a slight smell to my capsule, not sure what it was but with the fan on it did not bother me. With 20 people 2 showers where in use a lot during my Saturday stay. But Sunday on Monday no lines at all.

I loved the bed capsule for females, large and comfortable. The shower room has 2 showers and lots of amenities provided. There are 2 toilets near the elevator. The lobby is great too with a big TV. The breakfast is simple but nice. You can also drink tea or coffee whenever you want. The staff is really super nice. My favorite is Yuki as she can speak Korean as I am a Korean speaker. It felt amazing to be able to communicate ^^ She recommended me a café and a hot spring which were excellent 😁 other staffs will use google translation if they don't speak English so no worries for communicatation. You can ask for towels every at reception. You can also use the microwave for your meals and can eat in the lobby 😊 Please note you need to put your shoes in a locker when you arrive ! 너무 감사합니다 유키산! ありがとうございます 🥰
The door of the lobby is automatic so whenever someone goes in and out it opens widely the door so in winter it can be cold. Though I am in Japan and I know Japanese are very polite, I was negatively surprised that some Japanese women would talk in the room loudly at 6.45am... There is just a small locker in the capsule room, it would be great to have a bigger one, but was ok to use a lock for my suitcase and use the suitcase as a locker.

This hostel perfectly reflects the Japanese concept of hospitality: clean, efficient, and professional. Designated area at the entrance for leaving shoes. Showers are located away from the rooms to ensure a quiet environment. Basic hygiene items are available for free, with premium items available upon request. Towels and linens are changed daily, and slippers are provided for use within the facility. Overall, I loved the experience.
The luggage space is limited, causing some bags to obstruct the hallways. Individual safes for valuable items are also quite small. The breakfast is basic and provides minimal sustenance for the day.

This hotel is perfectly located on a peaceful street, close to local restaurants/izakaya, convenient stores, and supermarkets. It's also within easy reach of Orange Street and Daimaru Shinsaibashi or even Namba area, offering a quick escape from the city bustle. The capsule was clean and well-maintained. The ventilation system worked effectively, and I appreciated the individual luggage area, which easily accommodated two luggage cases. The provided toiletries, such as shampoo and conditioner, were of good quality.
The limited common area and shared shower facilities (two for 20 people) might be a bit challenging for some people. It was easy to get into the metro via exit 23, but getting around the metro station with luggage can be a bit tricky. It often takes time to find lifts and navigate to the correct platform.

The capsule are super comfortable, the mattress are perfect. You have a small safe for your important stuff like passport and cash. It was super clean. And the air was pretty good while it was fully booked.
Just two pieces of toast for breakfast. Staff doesn’t speak English.

great location as closed to metro lines and the walk to the hotel is quite close good value for a 1 star hotel which provided great amenities
would have wished to have doors instead of “curtain” door for twin rooms and didn’t realised that it was a mixed area of men and women… had it been doors then mixed area is ok…. those who haven’t stayed in shared area before may feel uncomfortable staying in twin rooms where opposite gender can easily enter your room since it is a curtain

Very close to the subway station. I am a good walker so I walked over to both the Osaka castle and museum and dotomburi. There is also a nice rose garden close by. Plenty of restaurants around and a convenience store just around the corner. The hotel itself also has some instant ramen for sale. The pods are nice with an individual light, air fan and two points to charge one is a regular socket the other a socket usb combo. It may be a bit short for taller people. I am only 1.63m so I slept quite comfortably, much taller people may not fit the mattress. The breakfast is not huge but they keep it always refilled. Everyday you get a new set of towels and if staying more than one night you can let them know you would like your pod cleaned. You can only access the floor you have the key for. There are two showers on the second floor at the end of a nice powder with 5 stations with good hair dryers and two changing rooms. They have a pretty nice collection of manga if you enjoy that and can read Japanese. There are coin operated washing and drying machines there is only one of each but they are quite fast so I did not experience any problems using them.
Not much choice for breakfast there is coffee, tea some granola and bread with butter and jam.

The location was great, just a 25-minute walk from Osaka Namba Station, with another subway station only 15 minutes away on foot. Most tourist attractions are within a 3-kilometer radius, and there are some nice nearby restaurants. The accommodation was well-equipped with everything a traveler might need: in the common area, they provided items like toner, emulsion, a hairdryer, as well as curlers, straighteners, and deodorant for guests to use.
I am in women section area and that day i was resting till 10:30 am and two men came to clean, Its better if they would tell us that some men will come to clean at so and so time
