The hotel was beautiful and clean! The room was spacious yet cozy. The outdoor patio area had a wonderful view of the lake and the fire pits created a spectacular ambiance. They had free coffee (Starbucks) and tea each morning and gave chocolates each night at turn down. They even had courtesy robes for use during our stay. I especially loved the added touch of free fruited water and cider upon arrival. There was both an indoor and outdoor pool, an exercise room and an outdoor putting green. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this resort hotel to anyone looking for a nice getaway! (The hotel was close to a lot of great restaurants and breweries too. We loved breakfast at The Coffee Cup and lunch at The Art of Flavors. Wicked Warren’s brewery was cool also! We loved the short drive to The National Audubon Society location. Great peaceful place to explore.)

It was very convenient to have a restaurant on site; however the prices were quite high. We ate lunch there and the food was good but hesitated to return for dinner because of the elevated pricing. (The homemade chips were amazing though.) We wished we had booked a room with a balcony instead of a patio. The space was nice but the view was of the parking lot. I’m guessing the lake view rooms might book up earlier. We would definitely go back and try getting one of those rooms next time. The pillows weren’t the best. There was a huge variety but none that were comfortable for us. Not a huge deal. Bed itself was super comfy though. We loved this hotel! Not much we’d change. Such an amazing stay!

We attended a wedding on-site and decided to stay here. The location was absolutely beautiful, the reception area was elegant, and the food was delightful. And the fresh, hot coffee each morning was a very nice touch! The front desk, restaurant, and bar staff were professional, courteous, and attentive. My kids loved the indoor pool and delicious breakfasts. The hotel appeared to be clean and in good condition.

Very minor disappointment, but the housekeeping staff was not as attentive as we'd hoped.

The hotel is “Ritz” quality. Incredible location, spotless, beautiful rooms. There is something missing that didn’t get me excited about it. The staff was adequate. They did their jobs but lacked “customer service personalities.” The exception was David the Restaurant Manager. David was extremely personable, anxious to assist us and very knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area. He really stood out amongst other employees.

There is no coffee or tea to be found after 11am. No machines in room or lobby. Quite disappointing for a $$$ hotel. I can have a tea whenever I like at a Hampton Inn for $150 a night but not at this hotel.

Very nice beautiful hotel. Many amenities-outdoor/indoor pool,bar/restaurant,restaurant,firepits. Starbucks coffee on every floor in morning,cleaned rooms daily with 3 night stay& turn down service.Restaurants & other attractions not far. Loved Comedy Center & Lucy & Dezi museum.

First 2 mornings we didn't have coffee on our floor. Thought was told all floors would have it. Stayed week after Memorial Day,outdoor bar not open till few weeks later on weekdays & Chautauqua Belle boat didn't run on weekdays till later also.

I love that our bartender/server Derrick remembered myself and my sisters from our visit the year before! He is so attentive, professional and friendly! He is representative of what you would expect in a luxury resort! This was our second visit to the Harbor Hotel, it did not disappoint! I believe it will be a yearly, Fall trip! I raved so much about our first trip, my daughter, her husband and my grandson celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary there in June! A neighbor is also looking into a stay there!❤️

Not a thing! The weather was less than bliss, but that’s out of the control of the hotel!

The uncomfortable bed. We spent our entire 5 days popping ibuprofen and Tylenol because we hurt so bad from the bed. Asked a man in evening about purchasing a pillow and he said he would make sure he asked in the morning about it to housekeeping he was very optimistic and did say they could also mail one. Checked back with this in the am. 2 women at desk were not very interested in pleasing the customer cause they said no we don’t have them, call back in 2 weeks. A good employee would have said they would call us when they are in or be a little nicer like the guy the night before.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. This was a last minute getaway and we can't wait to visit again this summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and fire pit area. Every staff member was so kind and friendly. The entire facility was sparkly clean. I even saw an employee give a picture hanging in the hallway the "white glove" check. Loved our king room. Bed was so comfy and robes were a nice touch. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We did have breakfast and the food and service was great.

We had dinner and breakfast here which was excellent. Overall the staff was extremely friendly and helpful although I did have an incident where I was sitting on my scooter and a housekeeper rearended me with her cart and then just went around me without ever saying anything. Everyone else went beyond being helpful. Outstanding view from the room. I enjoyed the old photographs and history in the hallways.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with beautiful views. All 3 meal menus for breakfast lunch and dinner are fantastic. Great beer, wine and liquor selection at both bars. Indoor and outdoor pool!

Minor complaints: Not a free breakfast hotel, BUT, that's not what I expected as it's not a chain hotel. I only bring this up so other guests know what to expect. Also, the fridge in my first room was quiet, but the fridge in the room I stayed at this weekend was a little noisy. But just 2 complaints at a hotel is WAY above average service to me. I only bring this up so the staff know and it doesn't go unnoticed because they are great!

The hotel and grounds are beautiful The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming.

I expected the bed itself to be more comfortable, though my husband found it fine. I would have liked coffee maker in the room, rather than morning coffee on each floor. But that was pretty minor and made up by the coffee being great and the hotel has abundance of beautiful sitting areas to enjoy this morning cup overlooking the lake.
