The villa is a brand new building, featuring a good wifi, an excellent breakfast and a very comfortable room. The staff was very welcoming

The villa is located a couple of kilometers away from the lower downtown (to the upper historical center you have to walk a lot, if you have the car it's just few minutes drive). The shower has no protections for water around it, so everytime you take a shower the bathroom get flooded (it is very common in Albania though). The host does not speak English at all, and to communicate with her we had to use Google translate, so it was quite tricky (anyway, she was very kind).

A bit Noisy in the night (dogs other animals) but not a big deal. Bed very comfortable! Sweet little breakfast in the morning 🌄 Mountain View from the balcony. All in all perfect. Gladly again

Close to berat castle and berat old town. Plenty of parking on the street. Met hosts at night and they showed us to the guest room. Morning breakfast was hand prepared and tasty. Wifi worked great too.

The room was good. Good price and the breakfast is really good too!

The only problem we had was that the AC was not working well, something was failing, and we couldn't set it as we wished.

We arrived really late and spontaneously and we had a really warm welcome and could by Drinks in the market.

Not for people who are sensitive to noise or allergic to dogs.

The location was perfect, we did everything on foot. We arrived late and the owner cooked us a meal we hadn't planned for really cheap. She also kindly took care of making us a washing machine. The rooms were spacious, clean and had balconies. Free parking

very friendly and helpful owners make the stay very enjoyable. the rooms are new, clean with good wifi. breakfast was amazing. just under the accommodation you can find market, across the street restaurant and you can park you car either on the street or in the garage place of the owners. highly recommend

If you don't have a car is 30mins walk to historical area. But this is not really a negative point, little far but nice walk.

The owners were very friendly. We got a lovely and yummy breakfast outside. The rooms are new and everything is in great condition as well as has a modern look. The location is great and it perfect for a stay in Berat if you need parking.

We had a short but a great stay in Villa Oasis. We had a car problem and we got there very late. We couldn't let them know. But they were there still waiting for us. They were very friendly and helpful to us!
