Centrally located in Town to everything

Coaches Restaurant connected to property needs to review its Staff and let go the ones that don’t like there job and were down right rude to their patrons that would come in to the restaurant when it was after 8:00pm. I witnessed a family getting harassed when they came in to eat with a water bottle in their hand and the me bartender/Server denied them service in a Rude manner cause he wanted to go home and not service anyone. The attitude that night was towards everyone including myself so I also removed myself and refused to go back the whole week that I was there.

Ohmygoodness pahlease improve the lighting in the rooms. The lamps (and maybe bulbs) did not provide sufficient light at all. I’m not a huge fan of overhead lights, but the 2 reading lamps were very dim. I get that, but the other 3 lights were pretty poor when considering all lighting for a room. I went to another room to visit my niece and before I sat down she said she was trying to figure out a way to have more light in the room…(so it just wasn’t me who noticed.)

We stayed back in mid-June. They really need to get their back elevator fixed if it's not by now, so that you can take luggage directly to and from the garage, which is really the only parking option other than a small loading area. From reviews I saw, it looks like this has been an issue for months, which isn't acceptable. And the staff didn't give us any warning ahead of time that this would be an issue. Thankfully, we're able-bodied, but this would have created a major inconvenience for others.

Great location for everything IU, very nice place to stay. Staff was top notch! Coaches Bar & Grill on site was very nice, as well. This is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable accommodations. They offer garage parking which is convenient and reasonably priced. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful! No complaints!

The parking garage was essential as we were there during a big snow storm. WIFI was good. Thankfully the snack bar had good food options as restaurants were closed due to weather.

Would have been great if the hotel restaurant was open.

Had issues with the parking, not skiing, even though it was added to my hotel key. I think just clear instructions about parking would be helpful before arriving

Nothing honestly, we had no issues during our stay, they even let us have a late check out!

I loved the location of the hotel. Everything is in walkable distance, so many restaurants and shops. A very active downtown.

The krueg in the room only had decaf coffee and tea pods. We asked for some extra towels from the front desk and they were never brought to our room, but I saw the cleaning staff in our hallway so I just got some from them.
