Good size room, quiet, mini-fridge, comfortable beds. independent access, lovely big bathroom, very warm room, large windows/door so lots of natural light. Plenty of sockets. Bus stops within a short walk which take you to and from Golders Green tube station.

The shower has no holder to secure the showerhead at shoulder height - it's either overhead which is no good if you want to keep your hair dry or down at bath level. There are hangers on a rail and six drawers so enough storage space for a short stay but three people would struggle if they had a lot of luggage.

We stayed for a 2 nights in room number 9 on the top floor. Good location, short walk (5 mins) to the nearest tube station, free parking at the front. Very clean and pleasant. Rooms look to have been recently renovated to a good standard.

No major issues. The TV only had one working channel and the light switch outside our room didn’t work and it was a dark stairway.

Excellent location in close proximity to the train station and bus stop. Its not very far away from central London. Market, cafes, restaurants and shops are very nearby. A very calm and clean locality. Though there is no reception and hence no manager/supervisor was available. We were received by a Romanian house helper and she was very helpful. Its mostly a self check-in kind of a hotel. Very clean room, hot water was available and heating was working. Recommended for a peaceful stay for a couple or single person.

Rooms are small but tidy and organized.

The room was small but clean, modern, and well-equipped. It had everything we needed for a five-day stay in London. The bathroom was new, clean, and spacious. In the room, we also had a kettle with already provided coffee and tea, as well as a hairdryer and a fridge. There was also a shared kitchen with a microwave, toaster, cutleries, fridges, etc. which we used to prepare our breakfast. The hotel is ~10 minutes away from a metro station (or 3 stations by bus) and with the northern metro line, you can be in the city center within 20 min. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with a market just a few minutes on foot (there are also plenty of shops at the nearest metro station). We had a late check-in and keys were ready in a keybox with precise instructions. We also had some spare time after the check-out and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel.

For the price we paid, everything was good and beyond expectations! I missed the table for eating/working, but there were night tables and a commode that did the job, and also the shared kitchen had a dining table.

Owner answered a last minute phone call to confirm a very late check in was fine. Very professional and good communication. Whatsapp photos sent with clear instructions to find entrance, and key safe. Room was very clean, good sized bedroom and large en suite. Toiletries provided. Water provided. Fridge in room. Tea and coffee and UHT milk.

Only two minor points : 1. Drive could probably only fit one car, but only my car was there anyway, and I think there is free on street parking too, (until 10am?). 2. A security / sensor light might be useful as you enter the rear patio area, just to see better in the dark, but wasn't a big issue - I used my phone light

Evelina is an incredible host, super helpful and kind. The hotel is in a good location to reach the center (Leicester Sq) in only half an hour with the underground. We have stayed in the room on the top floor, very silent and cozy.

I’d just say the carpet on the floor, but they confirmed me it’s going to be renovated soon. Also, I would add a couple more hangs in the bathroom.

I liked the location, the facilities available, the host I was received warmly, given a key. Went to a clean room with a view, 2 towels (although I brought mine), water, a fridge, a TV (although it’d help if the Netflix was subscribed but I just signed in) Altogether, I’d totally recommend The heating was also perfect ( I thought I’d have issues with that based on comments I saw but it really was very okay). They had a general kitchen with a dinning with basic facilities you’d need like microwave (I didn’t go there but I looked) I would totally visit again

And i just am putting these here cuz it’s something I’d like to see if I look through reviews about a place. It really was a lovely stay but - they could use a heated towel rail (there’s a hook on the bathroom door to hang towels but a heated rail would have been better) - no wardrobe (there’s a railing just by the door to hang cloths but a proper wardrobe would not be bad) - the fridge worked but barely enough to keep my food cold (so yes, it was chill your items and keep your water cold but not sufficient to store food for up to 2 days—— I say this cuz mine had a funny taste after day 1) I would totally visit again

Was quiet at night, no road or street noise heard.Great en-suite with a power shower, toiletries provided, bed really comfy and warm duvet. Had a fridge which was useful. TV in room. Was clean and modern and had good central heating. Room was spacious. Parking for 2 cars out front of hotel off road. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Value for money. 10 min walk to Brent Cross tube, Northern line. Easy access to Central London.

Above the bed there was a smoke alarm that had a red flashing light which was annoying when trying to sleep so if you are a light sleeper you may wish to take a sleep mask. The room is not serviced unless you request it and only 2 teabags each and same of milk sachets provided for a 2 night stay. No glasses provided in room.

The price was good, 15-20 mins walk to the tube station. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The cleaners were friendly. Nice clean room. The bed was comfy, had two nights good sleep.

The kettle wasn't working too great but that didn't spoil anything. They could do with having a big mirror in the room, we had to Straighten our hair using the bathroom mirror. Someone was cooking pork in the kitchen and the smell did travel up to the room a little, we had to keep the window open for a bit... Other than this, we enjoyed our stay and I would come back.

Communication with the owners was good prior to my arrival. I was a little hesitant when I arrived as the outside of the property was not as smart as other places close by but my worries were unfounded. Smart, clean room and comfortable bed which is a must for me. Fully operational bathroom. Nice big smart TV with more than just Freeview channels. Competitively priced. Several restaurants and a Tesco express within walking distance. What more do you need!
