Everything was perfect! For the price we paid I wasn’t expecting much but I was blown away. Location is easy, staff was more than pleasant and helpful from the very beginning, it was clean and comfy!!

I can’t think of anything that could be improved on. The only thing I can think of is a vending machine with small necessities someone may forget during travel like tooth brushes but not having that doesn’t take away from how wonderful the stay was.

The staff was warm and friendly, I checked in very late and they were very accommodating. I liked the over all theme of rest and relaxing. Their in room products were great, I used the soap, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was good, I didn't like the eggs shaped like disc's, but overall it was good. Very good coffee ☕️

The odor of mold and mildew. I mitigated it by turning the AC to very cold, which I don't like, brrr

The ladies at the check in desk were very friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. We did not eat the breakfast there because we prefer waffle house or the old house cafe. The beds were ok but not great, Everything was clean and in good shape except the toilet seat was loose. The best part was the shower it was AWESOME. Plenty of water pressure and was luxurious looking and feel. No hwy noise if you request a room away from highway. No smoking which is great. I would stay here anytime im in the area for sure.

Maintenance needs to check little things like toilets seats for looseness and other small things. The beds could be better but ive had worse. Entrance to hotel was awkward being in the back only. Parking spots are very tight if you have a full size truck. I had to leave a day early and they would not refund me the night.

the girl who was learning to sign us in was really bad at the job… she used a magnifying glass to see the computer… the television did not work… and they knew it wasn’t working right… breakfast… when I got down… at 8… no bread… none… no waffles.. empty… no syrup… no orange juice… I went to desk to see if they could help .. and the girl who was supposed to do breakfast was busy on her phone… she came over .. put stuff out… tables dirty and trash can full… so patrons were putting the trash on top of the can.. the sad part is.. you had the product.. just didn’t have a worker to do the job… this will not stop me from coming to your hotel.. I like the place… however this time was a big miss

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and a great location.

It is not right how long it took for me to get a 2nd room. It took an hour or more, why? The process of getting a 2nd room needs to be quicker than that. Also, if you have to pay with cash the price of the room doubles. Some parts of the hotel need to be updated.

The beds were very comfortable and loved that the room had wood floor instead of carpet. The shower was FANTASTIC! Excellent water pressure and loved the glass door! The lady at the front desk was really cool also

The breakfast was very lacking. I chose the waffle and the batter must have been spoiled because it was sour and inedible. When I went back to get something else, the food was already gone and cleaned up and the juice was even turned off or gone.

Biggest discomfort was that the bathroom did not have a handicapped toilet in the room and or no grab bars if you needed to raise up. Spent more time avoiding having to go you

All rooms should be equip with height toilet or have grab bars . They should extend the breakfast hours many travelers arrive late and would like to sleep in.

The room was clean, the shower was my favorite (love the shape and privacy of it). The beds were so soft and comfortable, plenty of space, quiet and relaxing. Fridge was super cold and breakfast was great. Waffles were huge and fluffy. I Recommend 😁

I paid more for the deposit then the room. But atleast I'm getting that back.

The room did not have carpet which I prefer. I liked the walk-in shower and they provided a bath mat. The bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was good and provided more than I read in the other reviews. Nominal pet fee was very reasonable.

A couple of the furniture tops were sticky.

Breakfast was nice. Yogurt, bagels, fruit, coffee... The room was clean, bed comfortable & I loved the shower! Felt like I was in a rain forest. Nice way to relax after 3 long days of driving. We wrrevery impressrs!
