When we went for breakfast, it was already eaten by other guests? There were snack cakes. Not impressed.

Needed more toiletries since we were there more than one night. We did ask staff for more coffee packets. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and complied with our request.

Bed was very comfortable. I suffer from insomnia and have a bad back. My husband has back and leg problems from work. We both slept well for a change. Nicely updated for the most part.

Textured paint falling off ceiling in bathroom. Vent needs cleaned badly. Need Do Not Disturb signs. Better lighting and parking on backside of hotel

we love the owners and staff. we always stay here when we come in town with our fuzzy kids. always very friendly and accommodating. nothing fancy but their customer service sets them ahead of the rest

really nothing I didn’t like

This was a very inexpensive Hotel. I am used to five star properties so it was something new to me. Everything was clean, and in service, although very dated. For the price, the property was great. We weren't looking a five star hotel, just a quick sleep. The gentleman at the desk was awesome, helpful with a sense of humor.

This property was dated. Probably over the top thirty years ago. Really nothing we didn't like.

We were there for our grandson's track and field meet at the university the morning manager is really nice, this was my second stay there and he remembered us, the beds are really comfortable, the hotel is close to the university. There's a covered gazebo/ shelter where you can sit to smoke.

Walking so far to room. There was an entrance near my room buT unable to use. So had to walk down long hallway. I am disabled and don't do well with long walks

The inside has been remodeled. Comfy beds, well laid be bathroom. Clean room, two trash cans, freindly staff.

Indoor pool water temperature was too cool for wife to swim. Outside could use remodeling also. Uneven walking surfaces.

Beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast was very poor. We choose not to eat it.

Room pictures were accurate, there was free breakfast (but still no buffet coz of covid, still, those waffles work!), room was cleaner than expected and no unwanted smell. check-in was quick and smooth. bed was comfy!

some of the towels had mild stains. parts of our toilet also had some stains but they thankfully didn't really look disgusting. the worst part of our stay was this one housekeeping employee who unprofessionally pressured us to check out by knocking multiple times to remind us to check out by 11AM (it was still 10AM and he acted deaf to our acknowledgment of check-out time, my dad had yelled at him out of irritation!). Lastly, the hallways of the hotel don't look clean; it was quite surprising considering how clean our room was.
