The breakfast offering were amazing. I asked about being able to take food up to my room to eat there for covid safety, but was told that was not an option. I just wish the room had come with some basic utensils and other items to be able to utilize the mini kitchen. We loved our incredible view and the room was really beautiful.

The pool hours should have been longer, and I wish the floors in our room were less slippery when wet. There was no access to the actual beach and when I asked about going to the beach no one could point me in the right direction. So, we just went to the pool.

we stayed here in winter so can't really comment on the beach. But the hotel is a VERY nice, new, highraising building right on the beach. our room was a suite (i think they all are) with a beautiful terrace that offered views of the coast from Tel Aviv to Haifa. Staff at the reception was supernice and helpful. couple of hiccups we had with the booking were resolved quickly and smoothly. selection at breakfast buffet large and adequate the evening we had dinner in one of the restaurants (not part of the hotel) at the base of the building. meat and beer were good, price was reasonable.

the hotel restaurant is located in the basement with no windows. very large and equipped with two large screens showing videos shot underwater is NOT claustrophobic but for sure isn't the best part of the hotel. Fine for breakfast but as a restaurant ... mhhh. I understand during summer hotel offers half board. let's say I'd rather have my own meal (apartments are equipped with a kitchenette) in the room enjoying the beautiful private terrace of the room

Room was spacious with beautiful view from the balcony. Very quiet. Staff generally responsive but some were more interested in their cell phones. Gym has fairly good equipment but is very cramped and needs to be in a much larger space. Breakfast and coffee options were excellent.

Gym--see above some of the room furniture was corroded and really should be replaced. The white couch was a little dirty

Staff were excellent. Sea view is breathtaking. We were upgraded and given complimentary fruit and wine. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The couch was not very comfortable and the TVs were old and didn't function well. One had netflix, but you couldn't log in. Only basic cable was available.

The televisions - though they have HDMI and usb ports, these didn't work. So was unable to link laptop to them to display content brought. The resolutions and picture were weak compared to what is available these days!!!

Wonderful place, very beautiful and cozy. Modern design, good location, I had a great stay. Sheff Muhammad made us great dishes and amazing coffee, we felt very welcome

SPA usage is very limited, only 30 min a day

Breakfast options were terrific. Staff is very helpful and are always ready to lend a hand. When I arrived Sunday evening and got to the snack bar as it was already going the bartender still cooked a nice dinner for me. They go above and beyond the call of duty

safe didn’t work. front desk could have been more accommodating. long waits for requests. we asked for extra time at checkout after an 8 night stay and they would only give half an hour.

Maybe the price is little high.

We were treated with exceptionally good service by a very friendly staff member. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the sea and the city. The breakfast staff was very courteous and the food was delicious.
