The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered any questions we had and always offered greetings when we were in the lobby. Pool was great, temperature of water was very nice and was not overly crowded. Breakfast was very nice as well. Complimentary coffee and tea stand was a nice amenity. Would recommend to friends and return any time we visit West Bend.

Needed toilet paper and housekeeper was not able to understand what we were asking for. Had to inform front desk and have them relay message to housekeeping.

The overall fit and feel of the hotel was great. Modern updates for charging phones and nice TV.

No guide for TV as to what i was watching. Water pressure for shower was low. Did not clean my room. I was there for 3 days/. I seen them cleaning on my floor but nothing for my room.

Staff was very nice

I did not like the charge of $75.00 for a (4) pound yokie. Also I did not like the charge to use the internet. This was the first and only hotel that charged for WIFI. Not convenient for travelers that need to catch up with things they missed while traveling.

The fact that I could not cancel my 2nd night thru them I had to pay for 2 nights but only could stay one night because of and illness and booking.com wouldn't help me

I booked a week for 172.63 a night and I stayed an extra day and got charged 312.62 for an extra day! Same room I don’t understand why!

Breakfast was really good! I liked that they mixed up the hot entrees every day

The noise in the room of some kind of machinery that ran for 30 seconds and cycled every minute and a half. It seemed to occur a lot in the morning starting around 6 am. When I asked at the front desk, they said they weren’t sure what it was but there was extra insulation to help. I replied, Not Enough. End of conversation, no resolution

Patty at front desk was outstanding!! She went above and beyond helping us with our back-to-back reservations, allowing us to stay in the same rm the whole time. She really did a great job. All staff there were friendly and polite. Beautiful pool area, very good full breakfast, very quiet.

Older glass shower doors are corroded and rusty. Housekeeping is nevertheless immaculate.

Cleanliness

Putting an extra $50 charge initially on my charge card for incidentals. We did not use this. I understand it was refunded but I don't like being charged beforehand.

No clock in room, no working guide on TV remote. Booked a king suite got 2 doubles in cramped room. No working ice machine on 3rd floor.

Staff were accommodating about our need for an extension to the stay. Staff were very friendly.

I have a gluten sensitivity. There were very limited options in the breakfast items for this. I understand that this type of breakfast caters more to folks who do not have food allergies, but it seems that many people are also now preferring non-dairy options, gluten free options and other food accommodations.
