We had a fantastic stay at Champagne Villa, hosted by the wonderfully hospitable Hien. She went out of her way to ensure our visit to Hoi An was memorable. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, nestled in a tranquil location just a short distance from the main road, bustling with a variety of dining options. Conveniently, both the beach and the Old Town are easily accessible via Grab or motorbike. The breakfast offered a delightful mix of Vietnamese and Western dishes, served by a charming lady who added to the warmth of our experience. We highly recommend Champagne Villa to anyone visiting Hoi An—it truly felt like a home away from home.

There's nothing to dislike.

We stayed in one of Hiens suites at Villa De Campagne and it was a truly relaxing escape. With a backdrop of banana trees, the outdoor bath is magnificent and the suite itself beautifully appointed. Hien and her team ensured we had everything we needed, from a brilliant breakfast to booking our transfers and local tours. The villa is set a short grab/ bike ride from the old town which allowed us to enjoy a relaxing stay in Hoi An- would definitely recommend to other travellers.

This villa would have to be the best place we have ever stayed in terms of value for money. We loved that it was a smaller pace, it gave more of an intimate feel. Located down a little street off a main road giving a sense of privacy. We immediately noticed the leafy and lush surroundings around the whole villa. We stayed 4 nights in a room on the 2nd level (there's 2 levels) which gave a lovely view from the balcony of the pool. The room was very spacious and had ample storage and even a desk which we utilised fully. We love the furnishings of wood and bamboo throughout, and the stone and concrete in the bathroom. Water pressure was excellent. The pool was the perfect temperature and the kids loved spending time in it each day. Hien was the most accommodating and lovely host you could wish for, as was the house keeper (Muoi). These ladies made our stay very memorable. They were the kindest souls and nothing was ever too much trouble. Scooter hire and laundry was organised quickly for us, an amazing breakfast made each morning, fresh water in our room, a recommendation for a local beauty spa in which I received the best facial of my life (ask Hien about this!) and recommendations for tasty local food - the list goes on. Next time we go to Vietnam we will be staying here for sure. Thank you for having us and making our holiday even better!

We had a lovely stay here in Hoi An and we didn't want to leave. The accommodation has bikes that you can use to easily cycle to the beach or into the Old Town. The room was very comfortable and homely and we really enjoyed our personally cooked breakfast each morning. The plunge pool was wonderfully shaded, so a lovely cooling break after a day in the sun. Our host was very helpful and organised for us to go on a cooking tour as well as being able to do our laundry. I hope that we will be able to come and stay again in the future.

The town is about a 40 minute walk, which we didn't mind, but it was hard in the heat. However, if you are not up for walking, it was very easy to get a Grab.

Great place to stay in Hoi An! located in areas of beautiful rice fields away from the noise of the city. at the same time, it is only 5 minutes by scooter from the very center. The lady who works there, maybe the owner, is the nicest person we met in Vietnam! I will recommend this place to all my friends because it is worth staying here. Thank you!

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at Villa de Campagne. It was ideally located next to the rice fields, in a quite street. The staff was lovely and the breakfast so good (best banana pancake I've tried!). The room was actually like in the pictures, even bigger than expected. The bed was also super comfy.

We had some issues with the internet when we arrived but the owner was super reactive and they installed a new router quickly.

Had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful, spacious room which was very quiet. The room opened up on to the gorgeous pool. The lady that makes breakfast is lovely, as is the host. The bathroom is very nice too.. loved that there was a bathtub even though we did not have time to use it. And great location between the beach and Hoi An old town. We rented a scooter through the property. Would def recommend!

This cute little homestay was such a pleasure to stay at. We arrived early in the morning and was given our room, breakfast and welcome drinks which was so welcomed after a long journey. We had run out of Vietnamese money so the taxi was paid for and we reimbursed the owner later. We asked a lot of questions about the local area, booked tours from the reception, and asked to phone so many taxis which was all done graciously like it was no trouble! The room was massive, with two huge squidgy large double beds and a cot for my daughter, with a clean bathroom, a fridge, a balcony, TV. We had 8kg of washing that was done that day and folded and left in our room which was amazing. The place is really pretty, with lots of flowers. The pool is clean and refreshing and we could borrow toys for my son. Breakfast was nice, you can chose from a menu of items, the pancakes were delicious. The location was nice if you wanted to be out of the hustle and bustle of the main town, but really easily reachable by bike ( we used taxis because we have young children) Bikes are available from the property. There are some nice cafes, coffee shops and street food places along the main road which are about 30 seconds from the villa. There's also a mini mart 30 seconds away. The local beaches are clean, with sun loungers, drinks service and folk selling snacks and trinkets - at Ang Bang beach there was the chance to do some water sports. When we left the owner gave me a little gift, and a spare bottle for my daughter which was so kind and thoughtful. I cannot fault this place, and would highly highly recommend it if you're staying in Hoi An, especially with small kids. We would absolutely stay again, and for little over £20 a night, its insanely good value for money. Exceptional, thank you for our stay Villa Campagne <3

One of our favourite stays we’ve ever had. Such lovely kind people working here who just went out of their ways for us. The rooms are massive, huge bathrooms, extremely comfortable beds and breakfast made in front of you every day. It was nice to have a more of a family environment for a change. Do try the banana pancakes they are incredible.

This property is a little while out of Hoi An, we loved that as we biked a lot but just worth a mention!

Very nice and sweet. Got upgraded to a bigger room which was very spacious and nice. Plus very good breakfast is cooked fresh in front of you.

One thing which has nothing to do with the accommodation, but if you are a light sleeper, you will may have problems to find a good sleep depending on the night. There are some chickens who start sometimes to make noises at 2/3am and didn’t stop for couple hours. Plus there is a motobike shop close and sometimes in the morning they test some engines.
