Location location location!!! Overlooking the Roman ruins from room No 2. Absolutely perfect for travelling around the city. Great bars and restaurants right underneath. Public transport right on your doorstep.

4 night stay and no towel change or fresh water daily. Black out curtain would have been great. Would 100 % stay here again. Staff amazing, helpful and friendly. Superb breakfast. Comfortable beds!!

Very nice location, awesome cafe right next door (Bar Amore) where we bought breakfast every morning. Very caring manager. Clean facility and nice view.

Our room had thin walls to noisy neighbours of another Hotel causing us to wake up at night, however the manager was available instantly at 03:00 and ensured that the noise stopped and got us a new room right next day! City-Tax was not transparent to me, since we stayed 4 nights but were charged 48€ making it 12€/night which seems odd. We payed it right at checkin but then during checkout were asked to pay another 55€ since the lady at the counter did not note down that we payed already. We proved the payment by showing receipts and called it a day but still the math doesn’t add up (why 55?). So recommend everyone to keep a receipt of the city tax payment if you pay at checkin.

Location was ideal close to the cat sanctuary and place of Julius Caesar’s assassination. Convenient and affordable pizza place below. 9 minutes walk to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The staff were very helpful. Nice secure location with entry code system, elevator and AC. The beds were comfortable. We appreciate the kind hospitality. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Very busy street out front. The congestion made it difficult to find a taxi. Taxi stand was a block away but very convenient to walk, bus or trolley. The AC made a regular buzzing noise all night but I think it was the dehumidifier. We really felt the humidity when it was turned off so dealt with it. The shower was too small to even turn around. Forget about bending over. The patio only had tables, not like pictures on booking site. We were never able to use the patio for breakfast due to others getting there first and you need to book it with kitchen staff ahead of time.

After the payment I received a text with the code of the door and instructions. The room was big and clean. The bed is comfortable. Despite the location at the center of the city the night was quiet and we had good rest. The breakfast is typical European. We had a croissant, gem, yogurt and coffee. There is an option for an American breakfast that includes one boiled egg, some slices of cheese and hum. The location is perfect. We can get anywhere within a 20 minute walk .

It would be nice to have more nourish breakfast

The History suite is in a perfect position to visit everywhere in Rome. We walked to most places and caught the bus not far from the door, to others. It was secure, immaculately clean, everything thought of, lovely light bright large rooms, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the fridge in the room a great help. The breakfasts were delicious. Would definitely recommend and return.

Location was excellent, easy to get to from Termini Station and convenient for walking to various areas of Rome. Breakfast choices were good and freshly prepared upon arrival in the breakfast room. Nice to sit on covered balcony each morning. The room was quiet with a great view over Largo di Torre Argentina. Very clean and a wonderful bed which made for a great night’s sleep.

Suggest another mirror on the wall in the bedroom space.

For those interested in walking to Rome’s numerous and amazing points of interest, the location of this property can’t be beat. Even our taxi driver bringing us from Roma Termini commented that the location for walking-tourism is perfect.

Security is a good thing, but 4 layers of security is a little inconvenient when traveling with more than light baggage. Once settled, however, the 4-key thing was fine.
