Big appartment, very clean, well equipment, comfortable bed. Not long distance to the beach

Wrong indication about how to get there from the airport : they said to take bus 425 to Finikoudes Beach station which is not good idea if you don't want to go Dekhaleia station (the end of the line), wait there another 425 or the same and pay the second ticket, and travel by bus 2 hours instead 30 minutes There are others buses to Larnaca Station, prety close. 425 is good to go TO the airport and not FROM the airport.

Lakis Court was brilliant! The flat was a good size, with a very large bedroom and huge bed - which was more comfortable than my own! We had everything we needed so never had to ask for anything, and overall had a wonderful stay. I also want to give a big thanks to the two lovely women who cleaned our room throughout our stay. They were considerate, friendly and did an excellent job :)

The ONE issue I had was that I don't speak Greek and most of the TV channels were of course in greek. This wouldn't bother me if we had access to YouTube, Netflix, etc but our TV didn't have the facilities. As a family with a young kid, it would've been nice to have that for the evenings/mornings. Other than that, absolutely no negatives!

Perfect location! In 5 minutes, you can be at the beach, or Saint Lazarus church, or Marina bus stop - the buses are frequent, and you can easily visit other parts of the island. The room is spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything two persons might need. The AC is working (wonderfully). Great value for the price, overall :)

The shower is a bit weird - the hose is stiff, and the shower head can be a bit challenging to operate, if you don't want it attached to the wall. It would be more comfortable if it were replaced with a regular European shower. However, it didn't really impact the quality of our stay that much.

The location is excellent, the property is very near to the shops, restaurants and the center of the city. St Lazarus church and square is few minutes walk and several mini markets. The beach is 3 to 4 minutes walk. The property is safe. The beds in the apartments have comfortable mattresses, there is a big fridge, microwave, mini stove, cutlery and pottery you need. We were two times in the Lakis Court, first time one night and the second time 3 nights. There are apartments with balconies and some of them with two rooms. The owner is immediately responsive and always willing to give you an extension of one hour late checkout.

Everything was super. But, we experienced difficulties with the rescheduling the bus stop at Finikoudes beach some 600 meters further.

Communication between Dimitri and myself was excellent. Any questions were answered promptly. I was impressed with the cleanliness when first walking into the apartment block and the Studio was perfect, everything that you wanted was at hand and was cleaned by excellent cleaning staff. Being in the heart of Larnaca town was a bonus as you could walk to all the local restaurants and bars and beautiful beach. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

There was nothing to dislike about the studio, but thought that maybe items like a small dustpan and brush would be useful for little spills etc.

The host is a great guy, kind and helpful. The apartment is in the city centre (3 mins by walk from Finikoudes beach), with everything you need (room 303 was super comfy). Luggage can be stored after the check-out (until 7pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) which is very convenient if you have late-night flight. We had a 9-days road-trip (Larnaca-Aya Nappa-Paphos-Limassol-Larnaca) and this was our choice for the first and the last night. Full recommendation!

Everything was great, I have no complaints.

The apartment is spacious and well located right in the centre of the old town. There are many shops, cafés and restaurants in the area. Most places of interest are within walking distance. There is a car park right next door (paid per enterance).

Bathroom could have some shelves to put cosmetics on and the bedroom really needs a nightlamp. The view from the window is not encouraging (room 204) - you see the roof full of air conditioning units (can be loud in the summer - for us it was not a problem as we visited the place in November).

The establishment was near the street, so expect some noise as there are no double glazing in the balcony doors. At the time of staying I wasn't bothered by noise during the night though. The establishement lacked any sound proofing so you could hear steps outside the door or water running from the next room bathroom.

We like this hotel very much. It was very close to the beach, many restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was on 3rd floor and the balcony view was very nice. In the room we had everything we needed: iron, hair dryer, small kitchen, closet and so on. The bed was very very comfortable and clean. The room was very clean in general. The towels also.

The smell of the shower curtain was weird. And the shower was weird, still didnt know how to use it. If we had more toilet paper it would have been great.

Very spacious, equipped and clean apartment in the center of Larnaca, within walking distance from Foinoikoudes Beach and dozens of interesting places, bars etc. Entry and exit to apartment was very hassle free. Apartment looked very new, and well designed.

Water pressure was awfully low, like dripping. Mattress was way too firm, we barely slept and woke up tired and with pain in the back. Pillows were small. TV was small and far way from the bed, and miss configured. Had some difficulty finding the correct entrance of the building. Google and booking have the entrance in another location.
