The breakfast and location were good.

This comment is not directed at this hotel specifically. I am not a fan of carpet in the rooms due to the dust they hold and not a nice experience to see the dust floating in the air. I would like to see hotels have laminate or some other type of flooring in the rooms. Carpets in the hallways are fine due to the fact that they absorb noise.

the story go I was outside smoking and heard a meow to my surprise a 7-8 week old kitten was under this truck outside the Hotel. Temperature was -37 and -42 with the wind chill. I took the kitten into the Hotel the gentleman at the Front Desk was so Helpful in every way possible to help this poor little kitten who’s right ear was already frozen, He called Paws and Claw for who came to take her in. Thank You to this Gentleman who works at your Front Deck at your Hotel this man has such a great Trait that is seldom found in us as Humans. God Bless you for your Help. Sincerely Darrel

The beds r so comfortable. The breakfast outstanding and all the staff friendly and very helpful!!!!! The pool we really enjoyed even tho not very deep however comfortable water temperatures, didn't freeze getting in!!!

The hand soap dispensers as they are located in an awkward location making it difficult to use

We always try to stay at Holiday Inn Express, if there is one at the location we’re travelling to.

This property was in Yorkton & the price was extremely over priced for this community. The man at the front desk was very efficient, but was also borderline rude.

Very comfy beds and linens

Bed was a little too soft for my preference as I prefer a firmer bed. Toiletries should be natural and organic as Dove products are made with toxic ingredients and fragrances.

It is clean, friendly staff

The pool had heating issues so was not usable. Disappointed that we were not told upon check in. Had to find out the hard way - burrrrr Missed having the pool.

The breakfast was just okay, could’ve been better.

It was bad timing to stay there. There were hockey teams staying there, so they were loud. We were attending a family funeral, it was just bad timing. We couldn’t change the dates of our stay

We were happy that there was a array of breakfast foods. It did have some gluten free items as well as items for those who like a hearty breakfast as well as those who eat a light breakfast. It was a very quiet hotel at night. Beds comfortable.

I would invest in a toaster to be used only by those who are celiac. It could be stored in a box or bag and used only for the gluten free items. Although my son only has an intolerance, others with celiac have to take one more step and use a separate toaster. It could also be nice to have a stool for the bathroom for those who are mobility challenged and it is easier to enter the tub from a stool that is the same height as the tub. Just an idea! It was nice to see the grab bar.
