It was great!

My room had an old odor to it.. like a moldy smell.

Room was large and was equipped with fridge, micro wave and dishwasher. Beds were comfortable Absolutely not art work on the walls. We used this as our stop before our cruise and was a day before the cruise. Was very close to the cruisport. Taxi did not have a van so we used Uber and the price was excellent. Price from the airport in taxi was pricey - included luggage charge. Free breakfast was surprisingly edible and actually good. Great coffee.

Room very well dotaded of everything possible , such as a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a TV (although I should noticed that I could not turned On), and a very ample room.

I was insanely surprised at how nice this property was. Our room had a sliding door and we had a view of the pool and hot tub, which was really nice and clean. Our beds were super comfy and very clean. And let me tell you about the front desk staff- SUPERIOR!! There was 2 ladies, one with a gold ankh and braids, who was incredibly sweet and accommodating. The other young lady had long brown hair and a facial piercing. She was also very sweet and accommodating. Honestly, your management should give you both a raise!!! You ladies were so warm and kind that it made me want y’all to teach hospitality lessons to other hotels. We stayed at the Double Tree Hilton first and we missed our flight so staying here was a last minute decision before taking our flight the next day. These ladies far outperformed the $250 hotel we stayed at with their genuine service. Fresh coffee constantly made in the lobby with fresh lemon water. Quiet property and we even noticed a security guard at night walking the property. Convenient location to many things. Would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend highly!!

Was expecting a hot breakfast but waffles were the main course. Scrambled eggs would help

The staff here are exceptional! Never once did I feel like I was bothering them. Breakfast was not hot but usually is. Something happened. But they had cereal, waffles, toast, bagels, oatmeal and fruit. So was a nice breakfast.

The pool needed a good vacuuming. The hot tub was green and brown colored. Staff didn't know. But once told called pool guy ASAP and he came right out and got it cleaned up. But maintenance or someone does need to check on pool area every morning to be sure it's cleaned up.

Location, very comfortable bed & nice pillows, shower, nice counter space in bathroom, varied choices for breakfast; enjoyed that with personal account, one could access Netflix on tv

Bathroom was a little tight, if you left bath door open while taking shower. You couldn’t get out of shower until you partially closed the door plus bath mat would get caught by bottom of door, lack of toiletries ( small shampoo & bar soap provided but no shower cap, conditioner or body lotion)

Breakfast was fine and included stated items. Space was adequate for the number of people in the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet and close to the highway. I would consider this a nice one night stay hotel.

Our room was fine, however, our friends who also stayed the night had a room which smelled strongly of smoke. I would have refused this room had it been assigned to me. Smoke in a room advertised as smoke free is not ok.

The location and the price.The continental breakfast was good. The variety of breakfast items was plenty.

The hotel doesn't except cash.,which I usually pay for my rooms after check out.Here you have no choice but to place it on a card up front. You can tell the hotel is being renovated.The carpet in the hall is old.The rooms are not carpeted. Hard flooring.My ice bucket in the room was full of trash when I went to use it. Last thing! left the room to finally get ice and couldn't reenter the room.Locked out! The card won't work.Had to go to the front desk to receive another keycard.
