We recently stayed at Everness Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The reception team was incredibly friendly and cooperative, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We had some comments during our stay, and they took our comments seriously and made changes immediately that satisfied our whole family. The hotel overall is very clean, quiet and detailed within provided service is recognizable. A special thanks to Christelle, who was proactive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her exceptional care made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Everness Hotel for anyone seeking a warm and welcoming stay.

Great location for visiting both Geneva and Auvergne-Rhone-Alps region. Very friendly staff and our family loved the pool, which had the perfect temperature and scenic views. Breakfast was very nice, with freshly made omelettes and a vast range to choose from. Also very close to the French border and easy to drive across to find cheaper restaurants in Divonne. There is also a good size shopping mall within a 2 minutes drive of the hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

This is a great property, you can relax as their pool and outdoor facilities are resort like. I’ve seen people complain about the location, this is actually placed exceptionally well between major cities and a simple google maps search would have shown the location for the complainers. Food wise, this was good too. Shopping wise, you have really nice shopping centers close by. We were able to explore all the surrounding areas including the French side of the lake. We will stay again on our next trip. The staff are also exceptionally friendly and they provide great service.

It was a totally unplanned stay (thanks Easyjet!) so I arrived late and hassled. The bar was very nice and the staff friendly. I crashed out in my very comfy room. In the morning I had buffet breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking Lake Geneva/Leman! I had to spend most of the day in the 'business area' and it was mostly good, although the wifi was a bit flaky at times. I had a burger for lunch, one of the best I've had, and then a member of staff gave me a free shuttle ride to Geneva airport. It was a really special stay and a great find.

Bit expensive but I didn't have much choice. Also don't get a cab from the airport, you can use the hotel's free transfer service

Plenty of parking in a safe environment. A very pleasant bar with friendly and efficient staff. The dining facilities are good and the food and service are very good. The room was spotless on our arrival and during our stay.

I found the room safe to be very low down in the cupboard and therefore hard to access. It was necessary to take extra care when entering and leaving the bathtub for the shower. It seems higher than most and was slippery, in fact I almost fell so it's a bit dangerous. Either a grab handle or a small step would go a long way to rectify this. Breakfast was good, but I didn't like the communal jam jars and the large Le Parfait tube. Individual portions would be much better and make that part of the buffet less "messy". Bacon on the buffet would also be appreciated.

It was so serene. The room was clean and adequate. The view from the restaurant terrace is spectacular! It's a great place to hang out or drink quietly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is great! The location is good if you have a car, as it is close to the highway and shopping mall. I didn't have a car, so I mostly walked and took public transportation. It's not so bad if you have ample time.

More variety of breakfast would be nice.

Breakfast - great! Good selection, clean and tidy. The room was basic but with everything needed. It was clean and comfortable. The use of the spa was extra, which I think could have been included in the price as that was one of the reasons we chose the hotel too. The pool was nice, small but never too crowded. It is a busy hotel, lots of events/ people working etc which created a nice atmosphere but if you need somewhere quiet to work, perhaps not the best choice. The two receptionists who greeted us, and checked us in were super lovely and smiley!

I did not like the restaurant so much. I found the food bland (burger and pesto linguini ). The cocktails looked delicious however as I saw many others drinking them. One rather rude waitress at the restaurant told us there was no availability and that we had to have booked. We arrived at 5 p.m. and were not aware of this. She told us to get room service. We asked to see the bar menu and instead of giving it to us she hovered over us and rolled her eyes at the customers behind as if to say we were taking to long. We asked another waitress who was so nice and seated us straight away. Bizzare! There were also plenty of tables not dressed and also dressed tables available so we were unsure as to why we were turned away by the first lady.

I liked the location, as we were looking to stay a little away from the center yet few minutes to the airport by car. There's a nature reserve nearby where you could go for short hike. Within walking distance you have a shopping center. Room, cleanliness and breakfast were all good.

When I booked I saw pictures of the pool and kids play area. But I was told they are opening only in June 2024. That was a bummer for my child when we stayed there in May 2024.

The location was perfect for us. Our dog loved it as well. Excellent walks around the hotel. Public transport is close by, the freeway is close by. Beautiful views of the vineyards, lake, and mountains. Food at the restaurant was really good.
