Nice hotel. Had exactly what I was looking for: clean, safe, affordable, quiet and easy access to the highway. I travel this route a couple of times a year and have tried several different hotels in the area. On these stays I typically only use the room for maybe 7 or 8 hours before getting back on the road. I am not interested in "extras" and I really like that breakfast is optional. I have zero interest in "free" hotel breakfasts and never eat them. I chose this booking over several other options BECAUSE the it offered a discounted room without breakfast. If I had to pay the "free" breakfast rate I probably would have booked a cheaper room somewhere else. The room was quite nice. I liked that there were a lot of hard surfaces and places to set things down. The coat hooks and bench were a brilliant touch - loved it! Room was also very quiet - soft close doors are much appreciated! Plumbing also seemed to be quiet - not sure how many other guests were staying in the nearby rooms, but I never heard any. Will look forward to staying here again next time.

Parking area could be a little better lit and secure. Not sure if there were cameras. Also not sure about the access to the parking lot from side and rear entrances - ALL of the cars were parked in the front and both the side and rear lots were totally empty. Arrived late and had to park in a lonely side lot that was a bit dark and walk around to front entrance.

The staff was really nice and ready to help. I also like that the pool is less than 6 ft deep.

Room: The coffee machine in the room was a bit dirty. But it was sorted quickly once they got notified. Bar: I would strongly suggest they teach basic cocktail mixing with proper basic ingredients to standby staff. I didn't like that my mojito was not made with brown sugar and lime crushed together with a wooden pestle and mixed with crushed ice. Using Sprite as an alternative left my mouth ajar. Bathroom Water wasn't rushing quite well.

Room was ample in size and bathroom updated and bed was very comfortable.

I specifically picked this location as to take advantage of the in house restaurant and bar. Unfortunately both times when I wanted to have a meal or bar drink it was explained to me that the staff for that area were not available. Both times were between 5:00 and 7:00pm. You should not advertise that amenity if not available. Additionally, 14.95 for the breakfast available seemed overpriced.

Everything pretty much. Free parking, room & hotel was clean, beds & pillows were clean and comfortable, staff was nice, pool was clean, it was quiet. Location was great. Breakfast was okay and very reasonably priced, kids under 11 eat free. Housekeeping actually comes around & clean the rooms. I would definitely recommend & stay again.

Only one working ice machine & thin floors. But that wouldn't deter me from staying again.

EVery one courteous and helpful. Check in & cleaning staff, both behind the desk and in the hallways. My room was very spacious and comfortable.

I had a short-lived trouble getting the keurig in my room properly assembled, but I figured it out and it was fine. The bathroom sink in 224 didn’t always have great water pressure. Also, the inside of the bathroom door has some damage.

I paid for a Room for 3 Adults and 1 Child. I paid a Higher Rate to have Breakfast Included. then when I checked in they said Breakfast was not not for Two. very bad practice and poor customer service idea. I Paid $ 4.99 for my Wife to have a Cappuccino. it was Half a Mug and Lousy besides. She Poured most of it down the Drain. also had to pay extra for her Meal. The Food was very Good. BUT

The staff was very kind and tried hard to accommodate us in a different room because the one that was assigned at the reservation it wasn’t very clean.

The housekeepers should take more care to the bathrooms. I asked to clean the bathroom in my first room but the staff gave me another one and it was cleaner but still could be better.

The manager and Jo were amazing, so were the staff in the kitchen. They made my stay a total joy.

Karen was my least favorite thing about my stay. She didn’t take care of anything I requested minus the towels. She did give me new ones but the left the used ones outside my door for most the day. It was embarrassing for my guess to see how long she took. Aside from her, I would definitely go back.

I liked having tables and chairs that could be moved around for convenience. The bathroom was very nice as well. Lots of room to put things away. Beds and pillows were very nice.

Paying for breakfast, a flat rate that was unreasonable for those who don't eat much in the morning. Luckily there were choices of foods.

Signage to access property could be improved. We came by car and our GOS said we had arrived even though we were still on the highway passing by the property. The drive in was several hundred feet past the property.

No one was at the front desk when we went to check out and there was no bell to summon the desk clerk who was busy out of sight.
