Very friendly host, that makes you feel at home in the second you arrive. The location is very suitable if you plan to visit Venice. And the animals are so cute!

The A/C didn’t work so well in our room. And also the shower itself was not the best. The pool is small, and there was all the time very crowded with kids.

Great place to spend some time in the countryside, I really enjoyed my stay there, in particular: -comfortable, wide and bright room (great orthopedic pillows and mattress) -spacious garden; -the residence is close (having a car) to a big shopping mall and a city to get a bus or a train; -great breakfast with home-made products and friendly and helpful staff. Could be a great choise even for middle or long term stay considering the availability of apartments for a convenient price.

You need a car to move easily but it's normal for a residence in the countryside

What a great way to see Venice very easy to get around. Take the train in and out and relax in a beautiful farm house where the hosts cook amazing food!!! we had a great day in Venice only to return to some phenomenal cooking!!!! Thank you so much for having us !!

I can complain only about the mattress it wasn't that comfy and I had some back pain especially after the first night. May be it's time to get a new one..

Everything!! Tania made us feel right at home. We didn't hire a rental car to get round, but she managed to get Mr Willi to drop us off and pick us up no matter how late. The atmosphere and food were great.

It was exactly what we were looking for in a quiet country setting but close enough to get to the major venues.

My needs were simple: an affordable accommodation for two nights, not too far from Venice Marco Polo airport. My reward: unforgettable stay in a beautiful farmhouse converted hotel, with charming fellow guests, a mix of couples and families with young children. A daughter-mother team leads the hospitality. Tania is fluent in multiple languages, checked me in to my high-ceiling room, encouraged joining great dinner, worried about me when I was late from my Sunday morning running, made sure that I enjoyed a hearty breakfast and arranged airport transport early Monday. Skilled and gifted at making every member of every family at peace and content.

Very nice and relaxing week at Ai Carpini! Tania and her mother were very friendly hosts and were always avalaible for us, so it made our stay easier. We asked Tania a lot of questions, she booked taxi shuttle for us, ordered pizza when we needed. The food is also very good if you want to eat in the agriturismo in the evening (tasty prosecco and homade wine). Room were clean. Nice big garden

Everything about this stay was excellent- from the welcoming up to check out. You can immediately see and feel there is a family business and they care about any small detail related to the guests comfort. Great host. Excellent beds. Excellent location (if you have a car to visit Venice). Decent breakfast. Nice yard with playground for the kids. Safe and comfortable parking.

Beautiful setting. Very nice comfortable room, immaculately clean. Wonderful staff. Nadia and Greta were friendly, helpful and made our stay with them extra enjoyable. We had fantastic dinners which further enhanced our stay.

The owner was most accommodating. The rooms were immaculate and the food was homemade with products from the farm. The hotel was decorated beautifully and simply. It was a gem of a place to stay.
