Very clean and good equipped room with xtra clear bathroom and simple but enough breakfast. The accomondation is 10 minutes walk from Mill Hill Broadway station, and there is a bus stop to other undergrand stations near the apartement. There was free coffee and tea, so I loved it! The breakfast was enough to start the day (toast, boiled eggs, packed waffle, croissant, butter, jam and juice). In the room the heating worked properly. I recommend this apt for a 2-3 day stay.

The bed was a bit hard for my old back, but this is my private opinion.

It was good value for money. The host is very friendly and ready to attend to you at all times. It is a quiet location and ylthere is parking on site. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are a good size and very clean as well. I have been there four times and would always recommend to friends.

I would prefer the breakfast to have more variety like some fruits and salad. The check-in time is 2pm. 1pm would have been preferable for me.

Just three stops from St Pancras! It's an unassuming hotel in a quieter location than central London, short walk from Mill Hill Broadway station. Friendly greeting on arrival. Spotlessly clean room. Warm.

Breakfast was serve yourself from a continental-type buffet. There was plenty there to choose from but I was pleased to have an M & S fruit salad which I had bought the evening before. I also would have appreciated some information on how to work the coffee pod machine. But the instant coffee available was fine.

The host was hospitable and organised. The place was clean and tidy. The room was well furnished including chair, desk and wall-mounted TV. The furniture was modern and of a good standard. The bathroom was en suite. The shower was modern and water hot. Room 1 is upstairs and overlooks the front lawn which was nice in early summer.

No slippers provided. Also, although it wasn't a big deal for me, I sometimes heard a neighbouring guest (coughing or coming up the stairs at night), which made me wonder if some of my activity (watching TV for example) was noticeable to anyone.

Excellent for the price and location. We didnt need full hotel facilities as out from morning until very late and so this was ideal, very clean, very modern. Superbly comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Breakfast basic self serve but exactly as advertised and ideal for us. Will probably come again if we need accomodation in this area

Nothing, it was all as expected or better

Second time staying here because location is great, very easy checkin process and room is always well presented. I haven't used the shared kitchen but it is well stocked for breakfast and very handy to have there. Very clean room, lovely spacious bathroom and could control the temperature of the room as well. Comfortable nights sleep will be staying again.

Hot water, good water pressure, warm room, double blinds, hidden lights with dimmer for normal lights, good size bed, comfortable bed, clean bed, clean room, we wiped few surfaces and didn't find any dust, no noise, free parking, good mobile signal, excellent value for money, TV works, Modern, hair dryer, iron, ironing board Recommended, I would stay again

Bathroom Fan is not powerful enough to suck out the shower steam and it stays humid for a long time. Small kettle in the room (although there is a big one down stairs in the kitchen accessible 24/7) Kitchen is shared (seems to be different than the advert) Some facilities like bidet (non-essential) was not included in our room (may be it is included in other rooms) Slippery steps (although it had a warning sign) They could do better in guest check ins We arrived 8 minutes early and no one picked up the phone or answered the door until it was exactly 14:00 (not ideal when it's raining) and I had informed them earlier about our time of arrival Parking is available but it's bit busy There were only two hangers They could include an HDMI cable for the TV, in case you wanna watch a movie

Goldbeaters House is strategically located in a quiet, safe and friendly area. Staff were amazingly helpful and the facility's cleanliness was upto excptional standards. My wife and I enjoyed the stay, got value for our money and will definitely recommend Goldbeaters House for anybody visiting London and want a nice place to stay.

The location is fantastic, right near transport links, the room and breakfast had everything you would need, and the TV got channels ours can't even get. Plus the staff were lovely.

The only real downside for us was the mattress, memory-foam is not our friend making it difficult to sleep and after turning over in bed the protector came off showing some bad staining.

It’s spacious than we ever expected, the amenities which included continental breakfast was really good, there’s a parking area if you have a car. And the host was really hospitable and polite, which made our check-in really smooth. 5-10 mins walk to the nearest bus stop then two stops till the nearest underground tube which is not bad at all.
