It is clean and tidy with good amenities for cooking. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The staff is helpful in helping us with our check in. Very grateful for that. The hotel is close to Aeon Mall Max Valu, Mega Don Quijote etc, which is convenient for our shopping. There is also a Yoshinoya Restaurant nearby. It is also close to attractions like the Pineapple Park, Fruit Land and Neo Park Okinawa.

There is no dinning table and chairs in our room. It would be good if such amenities are provided. The location of the hotel is difficult to locate when we took a cab from the airport upon arrival. Not many drivers heard of this hotel and thus, experienced some difficulties in navigating the way. Luckily, we still managed to get here. This hotel is good for those drive. For those who do not, you can use the Didi Taxi App to book a taxi to get around the area.

The hotel had convenient parking underneath, and having a nearby Donki for shopping was handy. The place felt modern and clean after a recent refurbishment. Despite being close to the main road, the soundproof windows were a savior, making the stay more comfortable.

I'm not a fan of automatic doors, and the room layout was a bit odd with the toilet opening into the kitchen. I didn't like using plastic plates and utensils.

- Location of the hotel is very convenient. Very close to Max Value, Hama sushi, Donki and a lots of shops and restaurants. - The AC was already on when we enter the room which was a big plus due to extreme summer heat. - We received our room codes 2days before our trip. I super like door codes instead of keys. - I like the room design and availability of washer and dryer. - I like the smell and feel of the entrance (1F). Very relaxing and inviting. - Easy to request for extra amenities. We just need to write our request in the drop box and the next morning, we received the requests. - Wifi speed is acceptable. I was able to work a little.

- I prefer to have a vacuum in the room. We stayed for 9 nights and accumulated some sands on the floor due to visits to many beaches. I prefer a vacuum over a floor mop. - The door entrance on every floor (in front of elevator) was a bit cumbersome as we usually have luggages and bags to carry after our daily trip. Also better to put sign "PUSH" or "PULL" as we always got confused which door to open. - if the downstairs parking is full, we need to park our car to a 2nd parking which is not in the hotel vicinity. 2-3mins drive at the back of Max value. A closer parking space is more convenient.

Great little hotel. Check in is all sorted via email with login codes for hotel and room which was actually really handy. Room was a decent size for us abs the two kids. Having a washer and dryer was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a great base to explore the area.

Great location (as it's located in the northern part of Okinawa. You get multiple supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, AEON, San-A, Donki... The room is comfort and has all the things I need for a family trip. Including washing and drying machine.

There were bed sheets left in the washing machine when we arrive (probably the staff forgot to take it out).

nice and clean room. all necessary amenities provided. they provide a baby cot for my infant kid. convenient and near supermarkets.

parking is difficult get in and out, and second parking lot is far. a little noisy at nite. the elevator has a weird smell.

the area is quiet and super clean. we had a great time, the bed is comfy the place is clean, the facilities are well prepared! We love it! highly recommend!

Great location - supermarkets, bookstore, and plenty of restaurants nearby, AEON is also in walkable distance. There is a wash machine and dryer inside the room. Parking is available.

The double bed was really small, only 10 on site parking spots available, but the hotel did offer more a little further away

Room is good and has everything we need, cooker, stove, refrigerator,living room, laundry machine and dryer.

One towel was spotted and put in the bottom of the box. The hotel should clean and check.
