It was disappointing that after few hours after check out, at 06:10 am, my charger “could not be found” I know exactly where it was, I know it was my responsibility to be sure I had everything, it was disheartening to discover it could disappear in so short a time. I texted the hotel and I was told if it was found, it would be left at the desk. I also realize there are a lot of rooms they are responsible for, however, it would have been appreciated if there had been some notification before the end of the day, that they were unable to locate it, so I could have picked up a replacement before working the night shift.

Room and facility were exceptionally clean. The staff was very cheerful at welcoming. The location was very close to family in Dedham that I was visiting. My dog, who is usually very nervous and hyper, was extremely comfortable and acted like he was at home. The breakfast buffet was large and very tasty. It offered a wide variety. Though it was just an overnight, it was a fantastic way to do this trip and it is definitely where we will be in the future when in the area! BTW, there are pet stations all around the hotel, with bags and disposal.

Really have an extremely small list of suggestions rather than complains. So you know, they are remodeling the dining area, I presume. The only thing my wife missed at the buffet was some fresh fruit. Really, I had to reach to find these!

The bed was very comfortable. The provided breakfast was adequate and had a variety of different things. It was also very helpful to have a restaurant at the hotel.

The breakfast was varied but they didn't have plain eggs or toast. The water pressure for the shower was not the best, but it was sufficient.

It was a lovely hotel, clean, and easy to get to. I liked that there were a couple of food places within walking distance. We went to the Irish pub in the hotel and it was delicious! Breakfast was ok, typical hotel breakfast. The staff was very attentive, brought out fresh eggs & bacon when it was low. They even made some fresh eggs when a guest asked for them 5 minutes before breakfast was supposed to close! They could have said sorry we’re closing in 5 minutes, we’re all out, but they went above and beyond so this man could have eggs. I was impressed.

There was only one girl working in the entire hotel, the poor girl was checking people in and also trying to attend to guests who needed extra towels, etc. I felt bad for her being all by herself, but she did it all with a smile. I know help is hard to find these days, but I don’t think it’s very fair for her to be the only employee working in the entire hotel.

Nice hotel, lives up to the Hilton brand expectations. Room was very cleanly and updated. Decent breakfast, good free coffee, and a well-stocked lobby concession.

Barn style bathroom door didn’t close all the way, so there’s no privacy in the bathroom. HVAC system was loud and noisy all night on the top floor.

Location was great for our purposes of visit

Janerra was very rude. We drove 23 hours straight. We sent email a few days ahead asking for early check in. No one answered our email. When we arrived jenerra told us no early check in. Never even look to see if something was available. We left to get breakfast and called booking .com and the gentleman understood made a phone call and called us back and said we could check in anytime. When we return to the hotel janerra did nothing but attitude to check in. For the next 3 days she would not even acknowledge us as we entered or exited the hotel

The staff was very helpful and the place was clean. Fine Irish pub/restaurant with good beer, but the food portions were a bit big (I recommend sharing).

The breakfast was okay except for the fact that all the cutlery, plates and glasses were paper and plastic disposables. I was quite shocked about that being the case in 2023. In all my travels I have never seen anything like this.

nice hotel. good value for money. beds very comfortable. breakfast good. nice bar next door. staff very friendly overall.

while hotel is in good location there is nowhere to go for walk. on main road. no pathways. would need taxi or car to go everywhere. could have more tourist literature/booklets in reception giving information on things to do, places to visit etc.

It isn’t really a complaint but more advice for other travellers, if you are staying on the top floor then you need to allow the hot water to run for a good couple of minutes before it starts to come through hot

Breakfast options were amazing. Provider always available to assist with needs.

Room had the smell of dog. Saw a dog pee in the lobby and the owner did nothing to get it cleaned up. Was given a price for a larger room online but assigned a smaller room at hotel. Asked but did not receive lower price although was told they were giving us a lower price.
