Staff were very friendly but incredibly slow. A/C issues fixed promptly by Mohammed Farhan (Duty Manager) and upgraded us swiftly. Outdoor area and cafe area, large and comfortable. Very family friendly with play areas for kids. Hotel joined to a small local style mall with great coffee and boba Excellent gym facilities 24h

Breakfast while large was predominantly catered to an Eastern/Indonesian palette. Nothing wrong with that, but most dishes were more suited to a lunch/dinner offering. Location was a little far from Central Jakarta/ CBD district. Staff were very slow to understand/ deal with issues. Pool not heated.

The location was at Mangga Dua Square (perfect if you have last minute shopping). Our family loves the breakfast buffet, there are so much variety to choose. Additionally they have a different wellness juice every day, local Jamu for health and even freshly made ginger tea. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staffs was very friendly and helpful. There were big Koi fish pond and my kids totally loves feeding them. Overall our stay was very pleasant. No doubt we will stay there again for our next trip.

As our room have access to private lounge, but we were told because we have 2 toddler with us they cant let us in. But its understandably fine.

The hotel is inside the Mangga Dua sqaure so it’s very easy to locate. Now to the hotel, the checkin process was fairly smooth. Did not get an early checkin, so had to wait for the room to be ready. The rooms are spacious and well kept. No complaints regarding the rooms.

The overall neighbourhood is not that pretty and only if you have work around this area, I would recommend you to stay here. If you are a vegetarian, then your options at the morning breakfast are super limited! I recommend you DO NOT TAKE THE BREAKFAST OPTION as you would end up not filling your stomach. The breakfast is super heavy on Non-Veg. I booked a Novotel assuming that there would be decent options in vegetarian category but was disappointed!

Good location if you want to go to the Marina in the morning (very close to it). Facilities look good, but we did not use any because of some personal issues.

Cannot really say, maybe the deposit system that they apply. I think it is rather unnecessary, I ended up not giving any deposit anyway after my credit card did not work and I did not have any cash on me at the time I was checking in.

The rooms are spacious, clean, big enough and modern. I traveled for 3 weeks in Indonesia and this was good value for money. Pool area seemed a bit outdated but was perfect to relax, gym is good and Spa treatment was excellent. Good place to discover the Northwest of Jakarta (Ancol, Fatahillah square, pasar Baru & shopping) and great location to take taxi back to the airport!

As mentioned, maybe pool area needs a facelift and cushions on the tanning beds!!

Right beside Mangga Dua Square. ITC is the best shopping around that area. Jakarta is very jam everywhere. Please choose carefully the place you would like to go in order to make the right choice for the hotel. Breakfast is normal and sausages will not refill. The room has to upgrade as the carpet is old n look dirty. The only thing to praise is the well trained staffs. Most of them are very friendly and helpful.

The Room and the Breakfast not much variety.

- The atmosphere was great. I love the view from my room that was facing a fish pond. The interior was decent and the bed was clean. - Water pressure and heat were great. You can request for toiletries. - Close to many fast food restaurants and mini markets.

Parking space was on the fifth floor. A bit tiring if you need to go out often.

The staffs are the best!!! The carpeted floor! The room service!! GREATTTTT

I told them I'm having packages send under my name, but they kept saying to the postal service that they didn't know me. Of course, you didn't know me YET. I haven't checked in, but I already called you about this.

Decent sized, clean rooms with nice pool and great gym facilities. 24hr room service was quick and convenient and the breakfast buffet was decent. Very easy to grab taxis from out the front.

Both sets of fresh towels were a bit stained with sauce (I hope?) The water pressure is pretty weak and the quality of the hair conditioner provided is awful, so best to bring your own.

GREAT swimming pool and breakfast.

Problem that -as I had to prepay with Booking.com- Property refuses to provide me with an invoice...telling that Booking should provide...but Booking just can provide (a receipt only can be retrieved) So kind of Kafka situation, no acceptable when you travel for work
