It was a very nice room, just what you expect. The refrigerator was larger than most, which was helpful. The property had a pool, which is a nice addition if you are traveling with kids. I loved having the armchair with footstool in the room because its so much more comfortable than the regular desk chairs. The breakfast was very nice for the reasonable room rate.

It was a little further off the highway than I expected, but not too far as to be inconvenient. I was on the second floor and there was no ice machine. I didn't explore other floors or ask the desk, but it would have been nice to have one on the floor.

The continental breakfast was exactly what I wanted, coffee, a bagel and yogurt. The pancakes that a gentleman made himself looked really good. The bed was a great size, perfectly comfortable, the Kuering coffee pot in the room was a nice touch. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the amenities nice. Housekeeping was very kind since my husband chose to sleep in, I heard her out in the hall, we switched out towels from me to the clean for the next day. And check in, check out was just so nice and pleasant. The young lady who checked us in (cute with funky glasses) was just so sweet and wonderful. Great staff!

Sorry to say, but I really would have liked a little more hot water in the morning shower.

The location was nice. Room was clean. Maid Tamara was awesome!!

We had no hot water it was like luke warm.

The only thing was sometimes there was like no hot water, but only warm, but that didn’t bother us that much. Also we didn’t say anything so maybe they would just fix that.

Some of the tenants make excessive noise in the hallways. Too much talking, and kids running and playing from room to room late at night.

The staff was nice & the breakfast was hot, with a good variety. The property & the rooms were clean.

The inside pool was supposed to be heated but it was freezing. It was closed for maintenance one day. Traveling with kids made this even more disappointing. Housekeeping never came to our room. We had to call for fresh towels & for our trash to be taken down. We also had to call for sheets for the sofa bed. Bed was uncomfortable but that’s a personal opinion.

The breakfast and staff were phenomenal. My grandson shared lots of stories with the front desk!!

When we got there our room was pretty dusty. Other than that and our 1 am awake from the shower lol

Breakfast was ok. Large room with separate living room area. Kitchenette with bar was really nice. 2 tvs.

Pancake machine was down. My 2 year old found a Starburst gummy on the floor that she almost ate. The hallway on the 5th floor had to be 80° and humid.

We were able to easily locate the property. Everything was easily accessible.

The tables in the breakfast room were not cleaned after each guest

Hallways starting to look dated, could use an update even if it means raising the price.
