breakfast is limited and as the dining room is small, you aregiven a time slot but may still have to wait. only one member of staff on duty in the dining room so getting a table relaid or more food can take some time too

Amazing location right in the heart of the old town, and the view from the roof top bar was stunning. Very nice room with nice finishes and very nigh ceilings.

The location on the cathedral square cannot be better. The hotel is in an expertly adapted and renovated fine historic building with a remarkable Art Nouveau façade, perfectly maintained. Spacious, nicely appointed, immaculately clean rooms. The front rooms command a great view on the square and cathedral. Breakfast was fine, a good choice of tasty food served in a charming interior - feels almost like being a guest in a family house.

The hotel is within a pedestrian-only area (which is good, noise-wise). One can drive a car conveniently close to the hotel, but finding this place may be tricky. Enquire in detail in advance if you are coming by car.

Superb location in the St Ana Cathedral square, with a good choice of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The hotel is in a historic building and traditionally furnished. Our bedroom, which had excellent very high ceilings, was extremely comfortable. with good beds, a great shower, a nice little fridge, water and wine glasses provided and a good espresso machine. Excellent roof terrace and bar on the 6th floor, accessible by lift, with superb 360 degree views over the city and out to sea. Bus stops nearby - yellow 1 & 12 take you to Canteras beach, Blue 303 takes you inland to Vega de Mateo. We really liked eating at La Picadita, a few minutes walk away. Good service, plenty to watch, and excellent food! Airport bus 60 stops quite nearby, at the Theatro Perez Galdos bus station

Great historical building, spacious, grand tall-ceiling rooms, full of character. Well-designed facilities, bathrooms.

We were first allocated a room on ground floor, which was exposed and rather noisy. We upgraded the next day to first floor - and a great room. The breakfast is really DISAPPOINTING. Few choices, crammed serving area, stale bread and dry croissants (from previous days?). The management should look into this - as it detracts from an otherwise wonderful stay.

The Hotel is newly renovated and opened just two month. It has a perfect location for exploring the old city of Las Palmas. The rooftop bar is also amazing.

In some processes and procesures you recognize that the hotel just opened and as well the staff is not fully intp everything but I assume that will improve over time. Thd breakfast was a bit disapointing for that kind of Hotel and price. Could have been more classier than serving ham and cheese out of the standard supermarket goods.

Great small hotel located on the lovely Santa Ana square, perfectly located to discover las Palmas, in particular the old town. We had a front ground floor room, which had wonderful large windows and was very quiet. This room was plenty big enough for 3 sharing friends, and also set up as an access room, lots of space if you were in a wheelchair, walk-in shower etc. Beds were comfy, shower powerful, pod coffee machine and kettle in room, together with the usual complimentary items. Breakfast was fab, good selection of continental offerings, plus scrambled eggs and bacon. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful roof terrace which has a 360 degree panoramic vista, serving drinks and snacks at non hotel inflated prices (which makes such a refreshing change!) But the main bonus of this hotel are the wonderful, super polite and helpful staff... a special mention for the lovely lady on reception who could not do enough for us. I would return to this hotel in an instant and highly recommend if you are looking for an non resort boutique style hotel in Gran Canaria. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

Nothing really negative to say to be honest. But if being super picky would suggest instructions in the room of how to operate the Air Con and Safe, this would just save the staff a job of having to explain it personally.

A lovely hotel in a great location. The breakfast was very good. Parking in the secure covered car park was easy (6 minutes' walk). The difference between a good and a fantastic hotel is the staff. Nerea, Raquel and Javier on the front desk were wonderful, taking the time to help us plan our daily tours and making recommendations for interesting destinations and restaurants. Their enthusiasm was contagious. We will absolutely be back.

We had a problem with the (fantastic!) room but each day, the staff did their best to overcome this. We were offered a different room but we really liked the one we had! Without that problem, this rating would be a 10 (and we will STILL come back....)

The hotel building is amazing! A lot of thought has obviously gone into creating a beautiful & comfortable hotel in this historic building. The location is perfect - the plaza is so pretty and seeped in history. The rooftop bar is lovely and has wonderful views over the city and towards the port - not forgetting the imposing Santa Ana Cathedral! What made the stay really special though, was the wonderful staff. Rachel and Idena (I'm not sure I've got that right - apologies!) are so lovely and always had a smile and were interested to know if we'd had a good day/meal etc. as well as offering recommendations for dining. Loved it!

The only thing that was a little bit disappointing was that the rooftop bar is open to non residents on an evening & a couple of times there were large groups that had reserved seating which left very little room for hotel guests. I do understand though that they have to make money & it was Carnival when we were there - I just hadn't expected it to be so busy. It wouldn't put me off going again though. There was never any noise from the bar & it closes promptly at 11pm so we were never distributed even though our room was at the side of the elevator.

Really exceptional place to stay, fascinating historic building in very quiet position directly opposite the Cathedral. Lovely rooftop bar with snack food, open to late in the evening. Magnificent tall room with excellent furnishings and comfortable bed. Would gladly return for another stay!

Breakfast buffet room could be busy at times, with some items occasionally waiting to be replenished. But overall a very good choice of items, many innovative choices.
