There was a large room with a nice view from windows. There was a good furniture at the room. What is more, staff helped with receiving deliveries from Amazon. At breakfast you can get juices and snacks.

Very, very near Tokyo City Air Terminal (TCAT) where the Airport Limousine Bus stops. TCAT has a 7-11 and McDonald's. Beds are really comfortable and the shower pressure was great. 5 minute walk to Suitenjamae Sta. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood. AC was good too. Our room was 30 sq m which is huge by Tokyo standards.

If you're not used to roughing it, this accommodation is not for you. Building is old and rooms and furniture are dated. But if you're on a budget and not too picky, then you'll like/love this accommodation. I recommend and I would stay here again definitely.

The room was very spacious and all three of us had our own beds. This is pretty rare for Japan in my honest opinion, and it made sleeping a lot easier since we didn't have to decide who was stuck with who. If you are someone who needs a decent amount of space to yourself when in a group, this hotel does it best. The beds as can be seen are Westerns style and they were very comfy. The staff were very helpful and patient. I mainly spoke in Japanese with them (to make it as easy as possible for them), so communication was very smooth but they can also do English if anyone was wondering. They do their best and it shows. I had lost my socks during laundry and they took the time to find it and contacted me when they did (even after I had left the hotel to move to a different location in Japan).

I really like this hotel, it was in an excellent location next to three subway lines so it was easy to travel between all the major areas in Tokyo. It's away from the major areas such as shinjuku and shibuya and I felt like I was in a more family area, which was a nice change of pace after longs days surrounded by people, but close enough I still felt that the more touristy areas were easily accessible by subway. There is a little local supermarket about 1 minute from the hotel which I really recommend over the convenience shops, they had better choices of food and much cheaper than the 7/11 which is also not far from the hotel. The hotel has a retro feel to it, other reviewers have said this is a negative but I find it charming, its clean, comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

There is a school near by so you can hear the ringing of the bell on weekdays, but it didn't annoy me, and would be the only downvote I can say about this hotel.

I got everything I need, hot powerful shower, clean sheet, towels, pajamas, toiletries, decent size of the room. Paid about 2,600 Yen for laundry service (2 bags of clothes), and they did excellent job. Location is great, close to 2 train stations with walking distance. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Staff members are very friendly too, just appreciate everything while I was staying here. Will definitely recommend if you stay in Tokyo, great value.

It's a very spacious room and the shared facilities (an eating room and kitchen) are very convenient. The hostess was very kind and her English was good and she even helped me making the instant ramen that I had brought from the supermarket, into something more tasty. Inside the room, you'll find every kind of cable you would need and near the reception desk, you can get a big variety of cosmetic samples and other utensils, to use in your room. We had a wonderful stay and I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Big room, good location, just 2-3 mins walk from Suitengu-mae station. Nearby Ningyocho station and street, with lots of food choices. Convenient stores like Family Mart, 7-11 are nearby. There is a small AEON opposite the hotel which opens till 23:00 daily, very convenient! The staffs are friendly and nice.

The hot water system can be improved, a bit difficult to adjust the temperature, need a few minutes to adjust to the right temperature each time.

It was a very big room by Tokyo standards - 3 double beds and a little separate area for the fridge and sitting in. The lobby was set out like someone's dining/lounge area, where we had food at the table and lounged on the couches. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Quiet nights. Easy walk (with a 6 and 7yr old) to Ningyo cho and Hama cho subway stations with grocers and various convenience stores along the way.

Location was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful! Towels were replaced each day and a daily bottle of water was provided; there were also lots of amenities available at reception too. I think I received a free room upgrade as the room was a lot better and bigger than expected based off the photos. I also did washing while I was there and the staff assisted me with working the machine and dryer. The room was great value!

Visually, the decor is a bit dated, although everything was clean and functional! The bed was slightly too firm for my personal preference, but everything else was great and I am happy my stay.

The room was very spacious with 3 double beds and plenty of room for our luggage. Check in was quick and easy, the owner was very helpful with any queries during our stay. It was close to 2 stations on different lines so very easy to get about. A quiet location which suited us with close convenience stores.

Bathroom was compact but we expected this. A few minor repairs needed to be made but didn't affect our stay.
