We chose to stay in an apartment as our visit was during the winder season and we knew that not much would be open around us. Our room was comfortable, clean and a small ocean view. Safe and secure on-site parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful in telling us a bit about the area and suggesting Christmas markets for us to visit. It was a nice kickstart to our Italian Christmas holiday. Many thanks for Jeca and Martina for looking after us.

The apartment is located about a 15 - 20 minute drive from the heart of the Pescara city center. It's more residential.

The appartment room is very good, very comfortable and practical, and of a comfortable size for 2 people (or 3 people with one child). Its location is ideal as it is a short walk to the sea. If needed the sofa can be turned into a bed for a family with one child. The automatic system code to enter the premises, the lift and then your own apartment room is ideal, giving peace of mind of having an extra key while on holiday. Being able to cook your own home cooked meal is also ideal and having a dishwasher is perfect especially while on holiday. Having a balcony is very nice and the garden to relax is lovely. The apartment room is very luminous with many windows and large windows. The premises has its own parking with an automatic gate. Jeca (apologies for the spelling) is an amazing asset to the Staff. Very kind and helpful, full of energy. Having English-speaking staff is perfect for foreigners of all countries travelling. After my review posted earlier below on what I didn't like, the issue of being able to catch up the 1 night was perfectly handled with the possibility to have that one night at a later time on my next stay. Thank you very much for handling my issue with much professionality by the Director himself. I recommend Marina Gardens Boutique & Suites as a very good alternative to a hotel with the same services as a hotel/B&B and more.

To go out of the parking lot, would be nice to go out with the sensor of the gate (and not having to go out of the car each time to open the gate).

Staff was so friendly, the room was nice and clean. Good location, very close to the beach!

Due to miscommunication we didn't meet the staff when we arrived so we didn't know about the breakfast. We thought it was a smart check-in and check-out. Meanwhile we were leaving the staff came to ask for our document. At that time we saw the breakfast, looks very nice but we were about to leave so didn't get the chance to try it. The checkin process can be improved but apart from that it was all very good.

Very clean and modern. Friendly stuff. Room was very spacious. We were able to cook our own meals which was nice. Everything we needed was there. Beautiful Garden to sit outside and have a coffee and breakfast.

Breakfast was not bad but had limited options and wasn’t changed during our stay(5days) The hotel tries to be very green which is amazing but if you dont move around in the room for 30 minutes from 8am-6pm then the electricity turns off. You then need to get up and walk to the front door which activates a sensor. Most people wont find this a problem but i had just had surgery and couldnt move around easily which became a bit tough.

The hotel is very modern with well designed rooms, great art on the walls and very comfortable beds. We didnt have breakfast but it looked fresh and healthy.

The hotel is next to a busy railway line so you do get to hear trains passing. Also, you hear noises from within the hotel via the vents. The reliance on technology was interesting but lacked the personal touch.

The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic. Beach was withing walking distance. Property was very pleasant and spacious.

Air conditioning stopped working in the evening. Tried calling and went to reception. No one around to help after 7 pm. Shower is frosted glass and visible from the room - not the best idea.

Marina Gardens is a great place to stay when you want to discover the area. Rooms are spacious and everything is brand new and works good. The breakfast is very good, and when I asked for "brown bread" (Italians eat white far more often), they immediately organized that for me. All staff members are very helpful and kind.

The only thing we think they might improve is a slightly better training of the women who handle the breakfast. They are charming but might be a bit more on top of it.

New, modern and spacious apartment, very clean and comfortabele with good beds. Nice garden. Location just one block from the sea. The railway track is on front of the building and you can hear the trains but not that hard.

They promote sustainability, which is perfect. But in order to get hot water in the shower, we needed to run the water for more than 10 minutes, based on their own advise.... thats not very sustainable!

the digital lock didn't work properly close to railway track, could be quite noisy my booking with car park request was not acknowledged and was asked to pay for charges repeatedly no matter thru the booking.com messaging tool or staff on site

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Room very spacious and modern with great little kittenette. Location ideal only a few minutes walk from beach.

The electronic door systems were unreliable and not user friendly and you have to remember the code. A card system would be much better. The buildings opposite are unfinished and a swimming pool would be better.
