Hotel is new and all facilities are modern Nice restaurant (closes at 21:00). Cool rooftop bar - is a bit expensive but open until midnight Nice park with walking trails next to the hotel

Please be aware that there is no swimming pool actually in the hotel. This came as a bit of a surprise to us and became apparent only once we actually went looking for the pool - which we thought was inside the hotel. There is a large spa/sport's center (=Vita Classica) in a building adjacent to the hotel (connected via a tunnel) hosting several pools and freely accessible to Nouri guests - however be aware that it serves people from the whole town and it's vicinity - so depending on the hour it might get crowded. But overlooking this hiccup, the hotel was overall very pleasant

Great stay! My daughter (7 yo) got a rope of an exact size. Rooms are super comfy, staff is friendly and multilingual. Excellent choice of food at breakfast, restaurant is superb at all aspects. Parking is a bit expensive, and there are options even for a free parking around hotel. This facility is pretty much new and thus in excellent condition. If you are in Bad Krozingen for a mutual Therme facilities, make sure you bring your own (rubber) slippers. Also, be careful with the Sun. Cold weather doesn't bother you because most outer pools are with hot water, but even the lightest sun beams will get you sun burns. Therme has a good concept of payment so you don't need cash or cards inside - great relief. Even smoking areas are available (I have noticed 2), so you are covered in that respect if you are smoker.

The concept of payment in Therme facilities is troublesome if you opt for extended stay. You are technically cheked out from hotel in that case, so you don't have a room number which is a vital information for payment. Kind of a bug in the system that has to be sorted out by the hotel Nouri.

The room was big and spacious for a family of four and the bathrobes were sized for our family based on the information we provided. The spa was great and our massages were the best. The special cocktails at the bar were delicious.

I can't really say anything bad, it is a high class and luxury hotel and everthing was perfect. We will be back on day for sure.

This hotel is a pure gem ! Staff was so kind and qualified, absolute cleanliness everywhere, spacious and comfy room + cherry on the top ; delicious breakfast. Safe underground parking at disposal and direct access to Therme. We couldn't expect better for our weekend. We recommend 100%

Service at rooftop bar should be improved as we thought there was not enough staff for the number of clients (waited 45min for 2 cocktails and one of them had to be changed because some ingredients were no longer available)

The hotel is perfection, from design until digitalised registration. It gives you spa access. Rooms are very well done with attention to every detail. I liked the choices of cosmetics for shower. Welcome drinks was very timely. It is super fun to have a swing in the room. We honestly did not want to leave. We hope to come back for another relaxing weekend.

This is very small and did not affect much, but the light buttons are working somehow funny.

Pretty new hotel, very good facilities (gym, super wellness area with super sauna and hammam!), connection from the hotel directly with the thermal bath’s & swimming pools center! We had a small issue with our room at the arrival, which was quickly solved by the staff with un upgrade room!:-) Since the hotel just opened its doors beginning of December they are still improving the services specially waiting time in restaurant and cake time in the afternoon (we wait 45’ to order a coffee for me and my wife and at the end we give up! 😞 The bar at the roof top specially the two waiters is amazing, very good installations, comfortable and beautiful area with a Scandinavian decoration and the service is top level!🔝 The breakfast is very well served, with many options of bread, cheese, salmon, organic juices and the only issue is the coffee machine that get a bit busy creating some queues ( maybe place a 2nd machine in another part of the saloon would sove it). The new year Eve’s gala dinner on the December 31st was amazing, really well organized, the food was delicious and the whole team working at the restaurant was perfect organized with a particular show of opera offered by the great singers (4 in total with a special congrats for the hotel owner that was really a great tenor & maestro 👏) and then another singer was promoting good vibe’s during the end of dinner and afterwards on the disco area!🕺💃Congrats for all staff for this amazing & unforgettable night!🎉🔝👏 We definitively want to come back soon! Fantastic room.... Brilliant hotel.... Someone has gone to a lot of trouble to make this establishment an experience. Great gym facilities and sauna/steam rooms too.... Really enjoyed our stay here for two days.... Went into the local town to find a restaurant on the second day... I can recommend the Greek one! Breakfast is fabulous. Great underground parking.

Restaurant in the hotel is very pricey....

I liked everything. Great room, modern and clean, very comfortable. Great breakfast and amazing complex of pools included in front of the hotel.

Dinner is overpriced in my opinion and there are not a lot of options to eat around. I didn't expect parking had an additional cost but there was no other place to park.

Great new hotel, opened at the end of 2023 which is why there aren't many reviews. Amazing free breakfast. Rooms were great and spa facilities are in-house as well as at the next door spa. About 30 minutes from Freiburg as well.

Nothing, great hotel.

Location is great, on a wonderful park. It has a direct access by a bridge to the Termal center, the breakfast is wonderful, a convenient underground parking, a beautiful spa center.
