The apartment was very spacious, clean & in close proximity to many of the visitor attractions

We felt the apartment lacked some basic amenities, ie no plug for the kitchen sink, no tea towels, making it impractical to wash up, also quite a mish mash of glasses instead of matching, felt that was quite basic. The photo with 4 sun beds is misleading, there is one plastic one 🥴

No TV reception at all. A TV serviceman was to check on problem but never arrived.

Both the property and the location were excellent. We loved the separate terrace on top of building. Overall, very satisfied with the apartment and especially the very central location.

The instruction received from the property was to collect the keys from their offices at Avda. Manuel Aguistín. We assumed that the keys were in a lock-box at this location. However, this was not correct as the keys were in a lock-box outside the door of the apartment. A very simple instruction to say this would have saved us a lot of hassle late at night on arrival! Also, we phoned the emergency number 7 times but there was no reply. Again, an answer with the correct instruction would have been appreciated.

In an ideal location and had everything we needed as a party of four. The rooftop terrace was a great place to take a break. Excellent value for money. Holidays2Malaga are an excellent company to book with (this was our second time). They provide a great service and the communication before, during and after is very good and the check in and check out process is very easy. Laura was always available for any queries and gave us all the help we needed.

This wasn’t something that any of us disliked (we just thought is added to the overall experience and also means that Malaga is a very clean city) but there is a bar across the road which adds to the noise level so something to bear in mind however the choosing to stay in a busy, working city is to choose to be “amongst it”.

The location is perfect for travelling with 2 small children (3 and 6 year old). We were very close to everything and it was quite enough. Not crazy silent as there is a bar in the same street but it was okay. The bathroom has a bathtub and it is spacious.

The second bedroom has two single beds and they seemed very narrow. I think probably 80cm, it was okay for children but very narrow for adults. We stayed for 11 nights and even though we got a change of towels and linens, we didnt get the apartment to be cleaned. I think it should be included in the service. Be aware that to get to the door of the building you need a white taxi as uber and airport taxi cannot get into the old town.

Location was excellent and the small roof garden was also good to have access to. The decor is nice and modern. Any staff I dealt with were very helpful including Luis,Daga, Paco and Adriana.

The pillows need replacing and were small. One of mine was smelly. The disability friendly shower soaks all the floor in the bathroom/toilet. I had some problems with paying the damage deposit - still not sure whose end that was a problem with so don't want to complain about that. However, I did have to phone Spain to sort out confusion on the agency's side about our 2 bookings for the one family in the one building and this was not due to my problem, but adminisatrative issues on your side.

Very clean apartment. Nice fresh decor, decent utensils to get by with. The fridge and freezer were really good, good cooking facilities too. We were surprised to find a selection of tea/coffee and condiments there along with a bottle of washing up liquid which saved us having to buy them. The little body/hair wash bottles in the bathroom were great, we had brought some body wash and shampoo along with us so didn’t have to use it. These are all very welcome additions when staying in an apartment. The beds are really comfortable, could be doing with better/more pillows but I had a bed to myself so in just used 2, but I was really comfortable in it. Good storage in the apartment too with plenty hangers for your clothes. If you have crushed clothes, there’s n iron and mini ironing board so, covered all ways! The apartment is in a crackin location, so close to everything, supermarket is literally across the road with a bigger one just at the bottom of the street! There are coffee shops, bakers, restaurants and bars all within 3 mins walk! It’s perfect! I’m defo planning another stay!

Nothing to do with the apartment but Unfortunately, there was street works going on right outside the building while we were there so the workmen started noisy works, drilling/machinery/digging whilst building the road up at 8am…! We stayed Wednesday -Saturday and the only day they didn’t wake us up was our last day! Honestly they were working so quickly, so I really doubt it will impact anyone coming in the new year

Silvia at the front desk was very accomodating and responded quickly and kindly to any of our needs or requests. The apartment is ideally located, just a few blocks from all the action with a grocery store a few steps away. There was a small, friendly neighbourhood cafe just across the narrow street where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. There was a nice enclosed patio with seating and a collapsible rack for drying laundry.

We would have liked someone to re-hang the dropped drapery hooks to better close the drapes.

We really enjoyed the property. There were a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, two ACs, fast wifi, a big bathroom, and a nice bed. We were able to spend a wonderful time in Malaga with a high quality accommodation.

Although we were very satisfied with most of parts, shower draining was bad. Since this is not a hotel, I recommend future guests to bring some goods (like Mr. Muscle) to solve it if you don’t like it. Or, the managers may put them in the room so guests will be able to use them when it doesn’t work well.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It is located near the centre of the city and it's very easy to go out of the city if you have a car. In the night can be not so easy to find a free parking near the apartment. The host was very helpful and quick in the answer, especially Elena who help us when we need other informations about the apartment and the location.

It's not so easy to find a free parking in the night.
