The location is near to everything I want to visit.

The open area in the middle of the building. It is dark and gloomy with old sofa. It needs a little interior. Maybe changing the cover of the sofa, put some vibrant colored throw pillows to make it look livelier and real plants for good energy and oxygen. Then, this can be a nice place to relax and lounge. By the way, our room doesn’t have any window, all walls. I wish there was a cozy lounging area to breath.

The room is spacious, toiletries are well provided. I like the bed, linen, pillows and blanket. The free breakfast is good and adequate.

The restobar nearby. The sound of music is strong and noisy up to 3 AM. It happened that ours is a front room. This I believe is a violation of perhaps an existing (if ever) ordinance of the city. It should be reported to the authorities. It affected our sleep. I advised the other guests to request for a room at the back of the building.

It is very near to the main streets of Bacolod like Lacson Street and also walking distance to SM Mall and other places to go.

It is quite old but well kept. It has long stairs goong to the second floor. I have to carry up and down my golf set which was quite heavy but good thing hotel male staff help me carry my set.

room and bed were clean, breakfast was buffet style (although limited options), had complimentary toiletries and hairdryer, and Smart TV with netflix. staff were also accommodating. 😊

was clean enough for us since we didn't really stay for a long while, but others may not like some things we observed like no slippers provided (tiles were cold) and the aircon was leaking. I heard the sound of a gecko while in the hotel, thankfully not inside the room because I really don't like geckos 😭

Stayed 17 days here and i really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly. Great location close to SM and Downtown. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was good, but very basic(6am to 10am). Laundry shop right outside the hotel. Aircon worked great, but was on the noisy side. Free netflix on the tv and wifi worked great. Bed was very comfortable

Water pressure in the shower is on the weak side. No refrigerator in the room.

I god the value for my money. Place is clean, staff very friendly and helpful, decent breakfast, centrally located eg walking distance to San Sebastian cathedral, Ayala Malls, banks, etc.

Bathroom space a bit tight but you can manage.

So far the best Hotel i stayed in Bacolod. Very nice room, comparable with Western Standards. I also checked out a room with a King size bed and that was even better.

Rather loud music from a bar down the street for about 1 1/2 hours. But at about 9:30pm it got quiet.

Friendly staffs, breakfast, has hair dryer, lotion, good bath towel, smooth transaction, located near major streets and SM

There was a large cockroach but i asked the staff to kill it which they immediately did.

The Wi-Fi and the Service itself. We spent 2nights in The Suites and during those time I was working, the pocket Wi-Fi I brought was never used since the Wi-Fi in the hotel is good enough for my online work. Also, they even accommodated our food request (due to our restrictions) for the packed breakfast. Appreciate the room service calling us to check our food preferences. They even helped me reheat my food even if it's bought from the outside. Thankful for the wonderful stay. Highly recommended. 👍

Location is good, near the public plaza and public transportation. Value for money as the breakfast is even buffet-style. Staff are helpful

No partition between toilet and shower (or even just a shower curtain) in the bathroom which makes the tiles messy.
