The room was well designed and comfortable, better than what's shown in the photos on the site, and having access to the swimming pool from our room's veranda was amazing. The atmosphere at the hotel was pleasant and peaceful, and the food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was decent too. Also nice that we could rent a kayak for free for an hour.

The location of the hotel was a bit of a burden, as it was further away from downtown than I had imagined. If you're planning to just stay on property it's not a problem, but we spent too much taxi money going back and forth for several days. I had originally chosen the hotel because it was near Hong Island on the map, but we ended up having to take a 30+ minute ride to go to Ao Nang anyway to take a Hong Island tour from the pier there.

The beach is very beautiful and spacious, the view is amazing… the breakfast, and Restaurant very delicious. The staff are very cooperative.

It is far from city center… however good for meditation

Very romantic, quiet, and peaceful place! Perfect for romantic getaway. Our room 2404 was a beachfront bungalow with an amazing view. The terrace was great also the restaurant nearby. Very tasty food and good service. Recommend to try dragonfruit and mango smoothie. This is a place to relax for body, soul, and mind. Private beach where you feel all by yourself. Can rent kayak for free, and the sea is very shallow. Very clean and great personnel.

Very isolated in terms of location and shopping options. Nearby 7/11 shop is over 2km away. So bring all you need with you (sunscreen, snacks, repellent, cigarettes, etc). The bed was a bit hard.

The hotel itself was very nice. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, continental and asian fare. There was always something for everyone's taste. The beach was clean and most days, you get the beach all to yourself with the occasional hotel guests strolling along the beach. If you want quiet, this location is great.

Not so nice if you want to go downtown. The nearest shops are quite a distance away. You'll need a transport. Walking isn't ideal because the road is windy and quite narrow, not to mention the heat. And since the hotel is rather secluded, you do not have much choice when it comes to restaurants. The food offered in and around the hotel was alright but you really pay touristy prices.

This little resort is excellent. We stayed in one of the beachfront bungalows, and we're constantly impressed by the picturesque views of the Phang Nga bay from our front porch. Staff were responsive and helpful, and the included breakfast was phenomenal. We are not resort goers and we tend to stay in more modest accommodations. Many of the negative reviews on here seem to be from guests that may be used to staying at more upscale places, and from that perspective they may be right that thos resort is not up to par. For us, this was by far the nicest place we stayed in Asia and we'd recommended it to anyone.

The restaurant on the premises is expensive and the Thai food options are not particularly flavorful. This is referring to lunch and dinner service. Breakfast, which is served in a different area, is great. There are other food options nearby, however. The restaurant immediately south down the beach is significantly better.

For a relaxing beach holiday, this is a great choice. Opt for a beachside villa for direct beach access and stunning sunsets. While the beach isn't ideal for swimming, its quiet location on Tupkaek Beach offers tranquility. Note that it’s a bit far from town—private taxis cost THB 600, and Grab may not always be available. Longboats from the beach provide easy access to Hong Islands for day trips. Breakfast is average but sufficient, and nearby dining options are limited and pricier than in town.

No gym and a bit far from the city centre.

First of all, I would like to thank, by name, some of the resort staffs. Big thanks to Suwan, Dee, Kung, May and William, they made our stay special and perfect. What we like: 1- Check in and out were very good. 2- Room size was perfect. 3- Cleaning was superb. 4- Restaurant food was delicious and prices were reasonable. 5- Very welcoming staffs. 6- Beach was great.

What we don’t like: 1- Location was far from shops and taxis became expensive, and the resort more expensive!! 2- No fitness facilities and no activities. 3- There were some noises from other guests and the hotel did not take any action!! 4- Beach is not private.

Beach location is beautiful, clean and cool water. You can arrange most things from the resort, or vendors on the beach (boat trips, snorkelling, kayaking etc). Nice big trees on the beach provide shade through the day where you can laze on sun loungers. Some of our party were sick while we stayed, and cleaning was quick and efficient when we needed bed changes etc.

I had requested 2 single beds in one room upon booking and 1.5 months out from our stay. And then again 2 days before our stay. The room type booked, had 2 singles as an option that could be selected. However, they could not accommodate this request despite the many advance communications. There is a window when no food or drinks can be ordered at the hotel, around 10.30-11.30am (after breakfast and before the beach restaurant opens). I recommend dining at the resort next door, the food was delicious.

Oh My Word! What an amazing experience! I haven't stopped thinking about the place. We took a poolside room and it really was the best choice! Waking up and diving straight into the pool, shared only with 4 other apartments and most of the time we were the only ones using it, so it was like a private pool. the facilities and staff were great and helpful when we were a little late arranging transport to the airport. the beach is quiet and clean and... just stunning! It's like a dream.

Nothing, the place was amazing!

Worth the stay. The place was clean, stay for 5 days, they came cleaning everyday. The people were nice! The view from this room breathtaking! The thing that I love about this place is the breakfast 🥞! All sorts of breakfast! You don’t have to go out to get dinner or lunch, they have restaurant and even room service. A bit far from Ao nang beach. You need to take a taxi to go there but WORTH THE STAY. They provide free kayaking
