The location is fantastic. It's only a two-minute walk to the Kraemerbrueke bridge, and the cathedrals and plazas are only 5-10 minutes' walk beyond that. It's also very close to the shopping district and many delicious restaurants. Splendid views of Erfurt's churches out the windows. The hotel is close to trams, and has an underground onsite parking garage that is convenient and secure. The breakfast was wonderful and varied, and well worth the extra dosh. Finally, the hotel is easy to find with a rental car without being in the midst of traffic.

The rooms don't have individual thermostats, but the hotel's temperature is well-controlled and the windows open easily.

Hotel is very well located, just around the corner you get to famous Kramerbrucke and you're basically in the middle of the old town. Easy to walk to shopping areas as well. Room was spacious enough, very neat and comfortable. Breakfast selection was quite good, nothing to complain about. Parking was a nice addition.

Bed was too soft for my liking, but I guess everyone has own preferences. If you get a hotel with windows in the street below, expect noises all night as people pass by and visit local kebabs etc. Room for breakfast was a little small for the size of the hotel, as some bus group has taken most of it, leaving crowded tables for the rest of the guests.

Good central location while visiting the Domstufenfestspiele. Personnel extremely friendly, very good breakfast, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom.

For this price I do expect to have an air conditioned room. With 34 degrees outside it was very difficult to sleep, opening the windows makes it worse especially when these open to the street noise .

Has a super location in the town. Shops and sights are within walking distance. Clean. Staff nice.

Expensive for a basic hotel. Some noise from street outside until early hours of the morning, but not too bad. When asking for a 'quiet room' the hotel had tried to charge EUR 7.50 extra to have one not facing the street !

This hotel is perfectly located, within a 10 minute walk of all the attractions, and the restaurants, cafes, shops are very closeby! The reception staff were helpful and professional, rooms immaculate, beds comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic with a large variety.

1)Very good to find full breakfast buffet within the hotel's traditional breakfast hours, during persistence of time restrictions in other establishments on account of Covid! 2)On booking an extra night at the property,ended up by paying slightly less per night overall than the rate secured by Booking Com!

Having to wear masks at all times indoors when not eating or in bedroom! But not fault of hotel,but rather reluctance of most German authorities to phase out restrictions.

Great location in the centre of Erfurt. Hotel was clean and well run with helpful friendly staff.

The pillows were really horrible. I’d have rated it 10 if they’d been comfortable.

Friendly staff, bfast excellent, easy access to old town.. most restaurant closed when arrive late at 8plus..

Quite difficult to locate Hotel.. as GPS brought us to the hotel, in front road was under construction, we hv to make a de-tour.. overall excellent hotel to stay

Perfect location for a visit to Erfurt Old Town. Private parking garage with plenty of space. Room was nice and spacious. Daily shopping available just round the corner

Very close to old town! Good breakfast! Cosy rooms. Tea and coffee in the room.

Soundproof of the rooms are bad. Hear the corridor every step. My room was out of shampoo for two days, even after cleaning.
