Excellent location for our trip's purpose. The staff of the hotel were very professional, efficient, and friendly, which we really appreciated. The price was little on the higher side but then again it's Singapore so I suppose that is not unusual. Overall it was a great experience.

The rooms (standard studio) are a little too small for two persons. The breakfast could have been included in the price we paid, considering the breakfast was quite basic. If breakfast included became a standard practice for the hotel, I would have rated it 10 out of 10.

The pool under maintenance still No breakfast as routine , no food service or kitchen to provide lunch or dinner That is because the hotel is relatively new .. still to complete this service But over all very near like 4 min walk there is food corner it contains gud items

While the building is located in a somewhat unappealing office park area, the building amenties and room itslef (I got the executive loft) were great. The gym was 24/7, the wifi was pretty good, and you get a great view out of the room window of the city which I think would be harder to have if you were in a hotel in a more downtown location. I also appreciated the responsiveness of hte staff to requests for cleaning the room. I will say that even though I got the executive loft, I cannot imagine it being comfortable for two people unless you're planning to spend most of the time out of the hotel.

The breakfast options were slim, especially for a vegetarian like me. They only offered a boxed breakfast and the ones I inquired about had meat in them. There is a canteen (HawkerLab) right next door with some more options, but still limited if vegetarian. However, this is the general challenge for the entire country, and I'm oftne pointed to Indian food whenever I ask for vegetarian options.

The rooms are nice and big. We had a lovely view of the city from the 15 floor. The check in process was quick and easy. The water filling station is a great idea. The swimming pool is newly renovated and quite big.

The location isn’t great. There are no restaurants to dine around the property, so you are a bit secluded.It took me quite a few attempts to connect to the room wifi. The dryer part of the washer/dryer was not functioning effectively even after they replaced the machine. Request for ONE hour late check out was not accommodated.

The location was peaceful and quiet. There was also a multi-cuisine foodcourt at the ground level. I really like the thoughtful furnishing and how the room opened up into a pool. The hotel provided all utensils and additional ones on request, laundromat was great, and the staff was nice and polite.

My room had a loft, which did not have any space even to stand beside the bed. Well, I guess that is too much to ask for - properties are expensive in SG!

The location, staff, and efficiency were excellent. We would recommend it to others and may return to this hotel should we need to visit Singapore again.

The studio rooms are too small for two persons. The price is a little too high considering breakfast was not included. I wish they could include breakfast for the guests considering all else is excellent at this facility.

The entire place was very new Everything was very clean and fresh The room space was good enough There was a good amount of amenities in the room and facilities in the hotel

The reception counter was not at the ground floor but at some upper floor, which required us to take a lift to reach it It's not a bad thing, just something we didn't expect There was no confusion how to find the reception counter because there was nothing else to do at the ground floor other than trying to go into a lift to find out Good thing was the lift inside showed us information that we were right to use the lift to get to reception counter

Nice spanking new bed and comfortable pillows. Spacey shower and toilet facilities. Good to have a microwave and warm water machine in the room. The place was quiet and serene.

A little out of the way. The pool was not available as it was under maintenance. The need to take 2 lifts from ground to lobby and from lobby to rooms was inconvenient. Although it was not located in a busy area, the room was pricey.

Clean, neat, quiet place outside of the usual city area. Good for personal me time. Just some food places but no distracting shopping etc. Bed was comfortable, not too soft. Great table in the room to do some work on.

Meant this as a personal staycation where I could catch up with exercise like swimming and gym. But the pool was under repairs and the gym had electronic equipment under repair during my stay there too. Would be great if these were all fixed.

Nice pool and clean environment. The cafe and restaurant were open at the time of our stay but looking forward to their opening. The vending machine by the pool was also just starting to be installed not yet operational.

It’s a pity there is no house keeping on a Sunday as we cook and stayed over the weekend. The hotel can consider giving free parking for their guests if they stay over weekdays it would definitely be a great incentive
