Staff very friendly and helpful, nice people. Restaurant very good, nice menu and well presented, service very friendly.

Its always difficult when you find a problem in the room and you report it but nothing happens. Day 1 reported that the safe could not be used due to door not fitting and unable to set the code, reception staff advised and told they will talk to their colleague, nothing happened also reported that the bathroom sink the plug did not seal so no water could would remain in the sink, again reported and same reply, will tell my colleague, again nothing happened. I would expect that from a hotel of this standard that things would be resolved, this did not happen. Room 201 by the way. Would also suggest better lighting in the bedroom, it seems dull.

I liked the hotel very much. Quick check-in. Friendly but unobtrusive staff. The maids are great. The room was clean, tidy, coffee and tea facilities were replenished daily. Very comfortable shower with good water pressure. I use a professional hairdryer but the hotel hairdryer did the job. There is a safe but we didn't use it as the hotel seemed safe. The mattress is too soft for my back but I slept very well. I can recommend them.

Room, bed, spaciousness, location. The help of one of the receptionists (Milou) was exemplary. She even personally pumped up my bicycle tyres.

Bar staff (especially on my third evening) appeared very unhappy with their job. The word impolite would go too far, but uninterested would certainly be more than fitting.

The room, the views, breakfast

I stayed longer in my room the first morning and they wanted to come clean the room and ask if i needed new towels. The policy is to not change the towels every day and cleaning when you are staying there for 2 days is just not necessary. But i appreciate the willingness to hav clean rooms :)

I was a bit worried as the hotel has had some poor reviews but I found them overdone. OK the bathroom could do with updating and there was a bit of noise from the plumbing, but it was a good sized room with a view over the water. It was just a ten minute walk into town and all the restaurants if you did not fancy eating at the hotel.

The bar was closed on one even very early , not what you would expect the standard have changed than when staying in the past

Lovely quiet location overlooking the park and the sea on the edge of town Hotel has a pool and wellness suite too,good sized rooms and great breakfast Town centre close by and very charming with good choice of bars cafes n restaurants

Very dark grey walls and poor lighting, not great if you want to read, but fine for relaxing n watching TV paintwork also a bit tired. Cycle parking area not locked until 11pm and very full of hotel hire bikes so hard to get a spot for my pride n joy

Close to Green and Water but as well close to town

From window you could appreciate nudity of spa goers. You can argue depends who they are but in this case it was not really a pleasure.

Location is outstanding - midst of Nature. The hospitality and courtesy by the lady at the reception as well as the team in the restauarant : extremely efficient. i requested a special item not on the menu for dinner and was served the same very graciously. Best Wishes for the team.

Good well-appointed room - with large and comfortable bed. Nice shower and coffee machine.

I have had issues with this hotel in the past. On this occasion there was nothing not to like. My stay was short, sweet and extremely comfortable.
