Everything was so classy, clean and just great. Food was delicious, pool was so clean and warm, bed so comfy, gorgeous lobby, helpful and kind staff, my 3rd stay but never get used to how professional the people are and how classy the place is, it's indeed a place to go to when you want to spoil yourself.

I liked the hotel in general, beautiful and the ambience was really lovely. The smell was also heavenly.

It could have been abit cleaner, the showers didnt work properly and kept changing from hot to cold.

Breakfast was fantastic, great variety of meal choices. Crop of great staff that strive to satisfy customers. Good team spirit among staff delivering world class standard.

One of the pot in the kitchenette did not work with the induction cooker. It was however changed to another that was compatible on request. This caused some delay in cooking.

The outdoor and the gym was amazing, very friendly staff and helpful.

I absolutely loved the serenity, and everything about this hotel; especially as i had my 5 years old with me during my stay . The suites were very clean and cosy. We stayed in a Studio Premier, which was quite spacious. There was a work station for when i needed to work. The gym was well equipped and i loved the fact that only one person could be in there at a time. The Lobby and Atrium are lovely for pictures if you enjoy photography like i do. We loved the Gazebo (The smoothies, suya, burgers etc) and the swimming pool area, though we didn’t get to use the pool as it rained almost daily during our stay. The professionalism of the entire staff i came in contact with was so amazing, the list is endless; from the front desk (Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed, Stella and Hafsat), to the concierge (especially Friday who went an extra mile to check us in) the cleaners (thanks Blessing and everyone else who cleaned our suite) The entire restaurant staff who catered for our breakfast needs daily We will definitely recommend here if you’re visiting Abuja, especially if you have kids. It was home away from home for us, we even extended our stay.

As an amateur photographer, I absolutely love higher floors and rooms with a view which i did request for during my booking, however, i couldn’t get a suite on a high floor nor one with a lovely view of the city, so i was stuck with staring at the hotel gate daily for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, as a result of this, i couldn’t do any photography of the city from my suite

It was my second time staying there but it felt like first time. Since Nov 2020, the quality did not reduce, in fact the opposite. The apartment really felt like home as I was with my family. Excellent in general.

The location is central since it’s located within the Abuja Central Business District and so it’s easy to find and get transport to. The architecture and finishing of the hotel building. The general ambience and beauty of the common areas and the rooms. The rooms were beautifully decorated and generously presented with lots of free snacks, drinks and beverages. The pool is awesome! The gym is also awesome! The Italian restaurant and Cafe on the premises. The attention to Security. The fact that when you say to family and friends that you are staying in Fraser Suites…they smile and go “wow”. Easy to connect to the Highway that takes you straight to the airport.

The check in process was unpleasant. They didn’t have a POS that could process my US credit cards, which by the way, I have successfully done at other hotels in Nigeria! They apologized for it, but that doesn’t solve the problem. I was able to pay with my Nigerian bank debit card, which initially failed for to network issues they had, but that was hours later when the hotel called and disrupted my dinner with family! No light music anywhere in the hotel to enhance the look and feel with pleasant sounds. Some of the common area carpets need to be replaced. Only one restaurant on site.
