Really friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Great breakfast - eggs, variety of hams and cheeses, fresh fruits, juices etc. Room has nice bubblw water bottle wich you could refill down in the lounge area. Rooms have nice big bathrooms with bath in it. Little fridge, coffee machine and microwave of you wish to have your own food. Good curtains that made room dark. Nice lobby and playarea. Our big family enjoyed the hotel a lot! About 15 minutes away from trainstation and all the busstations are also very near.

As it was over 30 degrees outside it was quite warm in the room. We had little airconditioning but that did not make it too cool. Nothing too bad tough.

Very good location, only 10 minutes walk from the train station. Grocery shopping facilities also close by (within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Staff was super helpful during check out and got me a taxi (too much luggage and too little sleep to walk those 10 minutes). Our room had a bathroom and also a little sink and fridge, with some basic dishes and cutlery, which was super handy to make breakfast (and keep the bubbly chilled). Room itself was spacious and bed was super comfy. Went there for a festival which was about 20 minutes walking distance, perfect distance. Also the location felt very safe.

A sink and no washing up liquid or sponge? That I got fixed straight away.

The rare moments I need to come to Oberhausen (concerts) I stay in this hotel. It's a old hotel, so some people will dislike that. Besides the common spaces you don't really notice it. I find their rooms to be very big for the price, very well equipped. It feels like a lite aparthotel: huge desk, dining table, fridge, coffee maker, sink, etc. And the breakfast is quite cheap and has quite a complete buffet. For me this is a very good hotel with very good value. Location is good, being less than a 10 min walk to the main station.

Nothing to complain really

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spaceous, and the beds were quite comfortable (despite the small duvets, but that seems to be an issue in entire Germany). Breakfast was good, although some more warm items would have been nice. The hotel also had its own big parking lot, but as that was complete because of many guests, we could park about 100m from the hotel for free.

Nothing really. The room was a bit old fashioned, but no reason for ot going there again.

The hotel is hardly 10 mins by foot from the Central Station and less than 30 mins by bus from the Gasometer and the rest of the tourist attractions. There is a shop right outside. The room was bigger than we imagined for three ppl, spacious and comfy, it had everything we needed, even a bottle of water. Breakfast was only 4.5€ but it was the perfect buffet and everything tasted good. Great place!

The pillows are way too soft but we noticed it's the same in other hotels in Cologne as well. Also not enough socket outlets close to the beds and nightstands.

The area is well located near city's centre. Plenty of bars near. Easy access to main roads. Extremely transgender friendly, they are the gold standard on how an hotel should be.

Don't get a room on the top floor on the sun side; it's a sauna there. No air-conditioning

- we were assigned to the recently renovated room: new, modern, clean and spacious. Wardrobe for clothes and a big desk. Water boiler and coffee available in the room - good breakfast - good location, close to bus stop and main station - quiet - friendly staff - late check out time (12:00) - we booked very much in advance, so it definitely worth the money

- the bed was too soft for our taste - in our room there was only big square pillow ◻️, which was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Upon request, we were told that we would get an additional pillow from the cleaning service, but eventually we didn't get any.

This an old but well maintained small hotel close (12min walk or 2 stops by bus) to the Oberhausen main station. I only stayed one night so I can't comment too much, but I really liked the room (triple room). It had a huge desk that included a tiny dining table, it had a little sink with coffee machine (with real coffee! not just instant powder), microwave etc. The beds were comfy, we all slept really well. And the price was excellent.

The shower head stand needed further tightening, but that's the only detail I would be able to mention

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were excellent and spacious. The breakfast was very reasonable and tasty!

Our window was next to the big "hotel" sign on the side of the building which lit up our room like it was daylight outside. Maybe some extras blinds in the windows of the rooms next to this sign would help to block the bright light at night time?

The location is perfect, less than 10min walking distance from the station, bus stops nearby, and I visited for a concert and the hotel was like 10min by direct bus so pretty convenient. Clean, spacious rooms, complimentary water and coffee, comfortable beds, lovely staff who even recognized me and it was my second stay.
