This stay was an incredible experience: the tower is at a great location, overviews the best parts of town. There are great restaurants and cafes at the top. The room are always clean, and the property manages these things efficiently. Whenever we had a request, they immediately came to our help. What I would like to highlight is the people who work here. The receptionists were always kind and helpful. But the breakfast team was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast experience here is one of the best ever: amazing views to the city and sea, and lovely people helping you out with whatever you need. You have many-many options to choose from and they are of great quality. Simply amazing!

Only some minor things: The floor where dinner is served is a smoking area (a big no for us). The youth going up to the top of the tower for coffee can be quite rude with guests. Their arrival can make finding a parking spot for guests a challenge. The rooms are surprisingly small, but nonetheless comfortable. :)

We selected the Ramada because of the location and brand familiarity. The check in was quick, they moved us to a higher floor to enjoy the view and the room suited the needs. Staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. There are several grocery stores nearby as well as coffee shops. The sights we wanted to see were a short cab ride away. Front desk staff were quick to arrange taxis appropriate to the size of our group.

This is completely beyond the control of the hotel, but there is a huge electronic advertising sign across the street, about 80' long that is on all night long. If your curtains don't close fully, it will light up your room like an 80's disco. Perhaps a room on the opposite side of the building would be better.

Everything was perfect. Room, cleanliness, services provided by staff. Reception staff were also very cooperative and professional. They are kind enough to accept all my requests. The view of the pool and restaurant was mindblowing. I would definitely visit again and also recommend everyone.

There was no hair dryer, which wasn't a big issue. Also, I was at 22 downtown restaurant and told to pay now as per reception request that made me feel awkward as it seems like a lack trust on me. Normally, I have seen in the hotels to make payment at checkout time. But again, it's not a big issue. It's just felt awkward.

Very good property in Kuwait City. The room was well equipped with everything I needed for a short stay, and the bed was pretty comfortable. The gym was pretty good for a hotel, though it looked like a bunch of equipment had been removed recently, and sometimes the wifi was spotty in there. Staff were friendly and helpful overall. Appreciated the 24 hour check-in option, as my flight arrived around 2:00AM, as I think many do in this region.

Wifi went off while I was working out a couple times but was reliable elsewhere in the hotel, in the lobby & my room.

I liked quite everything: the location in the center of the skyscrapers, the lobby hall, the luxury breakfast room with an incredible choice of food, the roof terrace with panoramic views to the skyscrapers (don't miss to visit with and after sunset); I had room 905, bright with three windows and fantastic views, the comfortable bed.

The bathroom is a bit small and there are no effective reading lights.

Lovely, kind and helpful staff. Excellent location, clean and the food at the restaurant was delicious! My favourite part was the rooftop, I could have spent hours sitting there just enjoying the view. Overall this hotel is excellent and I'd stay here again.

I wish the pool had been open as the weather was perfect for it. I also wish the TV in the room was a bit more modern and it had more channels. I checked in early and it was a bit expensive to do so.

I always sleep great when I come here (this was my 4th time). Beds are really comfortable and soundproofing is excellent (especially in comparison to other hotels). The staff is lovely and always makes me feel at home. I have also seen constant improvements at breakfast. Housekeeping is on point.

The facilities (main restaurant, pool) could do with a bit of a sprucing up, and it would be great if there was an espresso/coffee machine at breakfast.

The hotel surprised us. It is really worth considering it as a stay for as long as you need. The breakfast was delicious and the view was a very good bonus. The swimming pool on the roof was very nice. The gym, is good furnished, but it is mostly for callisthenics. The staff was great, always ready to help! The position allows you to walk through the city easily.

Only smaller downside is the price, even if the stay was worth it, it might be a little pricey (but probably, it's the standard for Kuwait). About the breakfast, it is mostly salty rather than about sweets, adding some would be nice. NB, still a 10!

Fabulous staff who were very helpful, all of the time. Sunil needs a special shout out. He just seemed to make everything perfect! Also, the hotel itself was comfortable and close enough to everything. While Kuwait City isn't a walking city, we made it work and this hotel isn't far from the main sights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The air conditioning in one room wasn't working but they moved us to a equally good room, so all was fine.
